3nodding That's right! Lets a run a couple miles, jump rope and ride a bike!

gonk But I don't think think that those are the only cardio work outs around.

blaugh Fill the rest of us in on your heart racing exercises!

3nodding Very true. Its very good if you are into the harder style of dancing like; Hard jump, hardstyle shuffle, slam dancing and moshing. But lets not forget those that don't want to get angry listening to music. These are the tektonik dancers and the ones with glow sticks!

sweatdrop Sorry I'm a huge fan of electronic music, so those dances are all I know about, aside from line dancing.

Idk those people at clubs (and the dances at my high school that I just graduated from) grindin all up on each other seem to end up sweating pretty good. And I hear that a good sweat is the sign of a good work out lol.

DnB step, hardstyle and jumpstyle for the win! blaugh I'm in such horrible shape. I'm still in the learning process and can barely go five minutes of trying to get it right before I'm sweating, lol. It's a fun workout though. ^_^ I need to do it more often.

I don't know. I didn't really pay a lot of attention to the movements or anything, but usually any type of active dancing is good for something, lol.

Is it sad that I just now saw this post?...Yes sweatdrop .

P90X For the win. I think that's becoming quite popular! One of my friends started it; I don't know if it's working cause I don't see him alot lol, but he was slender to begin with. (I think he just wanted to be more toned). Anyhow, Zumba Fitness for the Wii is awesome! I received it for Christmas and now I'm hooked. Yay xd !

I don't blame it for being popular. It works and you don't have to leave the house, lol. I was doing their stretch program before I loaned it out. It was nice. I saw improvements in a week. I'm with your friend. I just do it to tone out and keep in shape. I need to eat right though so I can add on some mass. The zumba fitness sounds fun. biggrin I don't have a Wii though.
