Speed Boost, and it's awesome move pool.

Let's take a look at the scenario.

I send Blaziken out against something it threatens, so they switch. Swords Dance or Hone Claws, whichever set I used, Speed Boost increases speed. Then I Protect, blocking the next move. Speed Boost increases speed. Now you can only hit Blaziken with priority, and it probably still has Full HP. I proceed to sweep your entire team with no contest.

Alright, I'll support and throw in some more details into suzuki's scenario.
Lets say we have a Lv. 50 adamant blaziken with an attack stat of 189 and a speed stat of 113. When they made the switchout, blaziken was free to use swords dance without even getting struck. With said attack raised, it doubled to 378, then its speed goes up by one stage. When it protected from incoming attacks, it just got a free turn to get another speed boost. Now it's speed is 226. Not much pokemon can outspeed it now. Because it has a wide movepool from blaze kick to earthquake, it basically has everything it needs to take on incoming foes, with little to no damage taken.
Not even your little Zekrom or Reshiram are safe from Blazikens insanely powerful eathquakes. Nothing. Can. Stop. It.

Now my inexperienced buffoon, I'm sure you understand now that blaziken is near godlike with speedboost.

Chansey is now OU because it is deemed to broken for UU. Vulpix is now OU because sun is too much of an advantage for UU.

I chancey is still in UU unless your looking at the PO's teirs which are weird to say the least. I think Vulpix is BL but It doesn't really matter.

On the topic of Blaziken it resists the most common priority scizors bullet punch. Blaziken has a chance to live the fake out mach punch combo from hitmon top if it has no prior damage taken but most blaziken's can protect on an incoming fake out. Ice shard from mamoswine is resisted. max attack conkelldur mach punch does about under half. Jolly max speed blaziken can out speed standard excadrill in sand storm after two boosts which is easy to get (if you go in on a poke like bliss swords dance as it switches (or HJK) protect when excadrill comes in then you will have +2 also nost people won't switch excadrill directly in since it is weak to both blaziken's stabs). About the only priority which will kill it from full health is aqua jet from azumaril. I don't think I have missed any of the major priority users.

The only thing that walls blaziken is jellicent and gliscor (depending on what set you are running). Both can be dispatched with by thunderous blaziken's partner in crime.
