At 16, he reached stage 2 in his bloodline, and became a jonin at 17. At age 18, he became Captain of the Hunter Ninja, and also, under unknown means, found the land of Dragons, and successfully forged a contract with one of the strongest, giving him dragon wigns, which he has yet to fully master. Though skilled in Earth, he also manipulates Fire and Wind, making devastating fusions of them. Shortly after becoming Hunter Captain, he temporarily took over as Hokage, but if this has changed in recent times, is still unknown.

Description : The user takes in a deep breath, then manipulates chakra into the lungs. The chakra is ignited while in the lungs, and would normally incinerate them completely, but the lungs are strong enough to handle the extreme heat due to the Nimbus Bloodline. As the heat expands into flames, they user exhales, firing a stream of focused flames about half foot in diameter. Because the flames are so focused, they can easily melt away at many obstacles, but only hit a thin area unless the flames scatter on a surface.

Can also be used to destroy rock imbued with an enemies chakra by turning it against it, and causing it to backfire.

The wind blades are capable of cleaving stone, and hit parallel of the blade, leaving three slash marks, which is how the jutsu gets its name.

Description : After performing the necessary seals, the user places their hand down on the ground as if summoning. Instead of summoning, the ground rises up in the form of a massive spiked wall of hardened earth. Highly useful as a last minute defense due to the few hand seals required. Can be consecutively used to create multiple walls without the use of extra seals. This allows the user to create several walls to surround themself quickly. The only downside is that the walls can be created, but a ceiling can't.

It has an incredible width, but only strikes above the ground so high. Anything caught in this attack is lucky to live.

Name: Dragon Soul

Effects:
This ability awakens the strength of a person, making their skin tougher, and making them powerhouses. It is said that the ability lies at the soul, but those who wield are often very strong and durable.

Stages

Stage 0 (Awakening Stage) - When activated, usually through either harsh training, or a life threatening event, the user becomes stronger, and chakra flows through their skin, making it more durable.

Stage 1 (Activation Stage) - After stage 0 is activated a few times, the user can trigger Dragon Soul at any time. Simply possessing it boosts a persons physical strength and their body's defenses, at the cost of speed. Stage 1 is activated by a cost of 5% chakra.

Stage 2 (Dragon Stage) - With rigorous training, the user can learn Dragon Techniques. These jutsu are considered unique to the clan, and therefore require the bloodline to use. They are sometimes similar to other jutsus, but the more powerful techniques are a whole new breed, metaphorically and literally.
Replaces stage 1 with inheritence.

Stage 3 (Summoning Stage) - This stage can only be reached by signing a contract with the dragons. After signing the contract, the user can grow dragon wings. Only through training can they grow and become stronger. They can also be used to resist fire, and can grow back if sliced off. They can still feel, and grow back to their pre-hewn state. With these wings, the person can fly for short periods of time. As they grow, flight spans can improve greatly. The wings, combined with the Dragon Techniques, allow for clan members to bond with their dragons, learning more about them first hand, as well as creating a deep bond. Replaces stage 2 with inheritence.



Special Jutsu: Consists of various dragon based techniques, from slashes to fire breathing, but as each dragon varies, so does each member's elements.

Notes: Inheritence takes on the abilities of previous stages, while the overall cost to activate remains the same.

Major Weakness: Due to the density of the body, members tend to be slower than other ninja until they get dragon wings, IF they make it that far. It has been difficult to find the land of dragons, as it has been camoflagued. Only a chosen few can make it there and successfully make a bond with one.
