Somewhere in England there is a city called Notz. The rain was what the people who lived there had truly known, the sun barely ever shows it face. So its makes a perfect place for the monsters to live.
These creatures of the Night World are called Nighters, they blend in within the city like a chameleon in a forest. They roam the night for fun, blood and flesh. Though most Nighters have rules given to them by their Elders and the one they called the Executor, there are those who disobey these rules and do as they like.
Fools they are to rebel against the one who ruled this city with an iron fang.
"This city is my to protect, a duty and a honor given to me by someone very important to me. I spill my blood to protect it from the fools who dare to taint it. Human or monster it will not matter to me. It never truly matter to me. I am the one the Nighters fear, the one who the Nighters despise with all their heart and souls. I am Chaos, within this city I sleep, I fight, I feed. Though as it is my city to protect, it is also my city to destroy. I am True Chaos, and no one, man or monster will stop me."

Rules
Profiles are to be PM to me or whoever else in charge. The title must be "Creation or Destruction" in the pm.
Follow the Gaia ToS and such please.
Me and anyone else i put in charge are just that. Anything i say goes.
Violence and romance must be kept at a minial. Nothing super gory or sexual. If it comes to that take it to the pms.
NO God-modding what so ever, even if you tell me or ask me i will say no. If i see it happen you it are so out of this rp. No warning needed since you read the rules! Only once and your out.
Respect the other rpers too. I will not tolerate improper manners or disrepsect. Treat others like you want to be treated.
At least two sentences. One liners are permitted, but don't make it a hobby. And please use spelling and grammar as much as possible, no Txt talk here!
If you have to leave for a while or won't be on, please send me a pm saying so or my second in command once i find one...

The Nighters are vampires, werewolves, and witches. Humans are also present here and each one has rules they must follow. That includes you the rpers. Respect and follow these rules to the letter!
I state the powers and such as follow:
Vampires: Creatures of the Night. They only rise during the night. Though within this city they can rise early, however it weakens them greatly. They have strength and speed and the only abilities are reading minds and seduction.
They CANNOT FLY!
They can also have human servants though they can only have two.
(Human servants must ask whoever a vampire before putting it in their profile)
Werewolves: The moon is their master, though they can walk during the day more confidently then vampires. Either from a bloodline or was bitten, these breasts of nature are deadly. Vicious in their animal form they howl to their moon when they can. Though they have been weaken as of late since the moon has not show it face for sometime. Because of this they are weaker against vampires even as their strengths are equal. They are the one of few minds that vampires can't read.
Transforming parts or their whole bodies provides them great strength but it also weakens them if they do it constantly.
Witches: Human with special abilities. They can brew potions and do spells.There are different types of witches who powers vary between different crafts.
Fire Crafts: Witches who are used in battle. Their spells of of those who give power and offer offensive magic to their allies. They also create weapons and armor(swords, guns, knives, so on).
Water Craft- Witches who are mostly healers. They use their skills in potions and healing injures of the Nighters and humans. There are restrictions on how much magic can be use on humans when they are treated. (There is a limit to what injuries can be healed and what diseases can be cured. Example is that they can't revived the dead or cure serious illnesses like cancer)
Earth Craft- The most skilled out of all the witches in brew and potions. They can call the dirt and plants to help do their bidding to a certain extent. Their potions are very effective and expensive since most of the their ingredients are very rare and hard to find. Nighters and humans go to their aid for these potions.
Wind Craft- Witches who communicate with the ghosts and things beyond. They are close to nature as the winds are their allies. They uses this power in fortune-telling and the sort.
Moon Craft- These witches uses Black Magic. They can summon the dead and have them do their bidding. They can create hexes and curses upon certain people, though if they are to fail the results can be deadly.
Sun Craft-The most powerful of all the crafts ever used as they used the power of the sun itself. Little is known about these witches since they supposedly went extinction as the aftermath of the Witch Hunts( easy targets since these witches were more opened with their powers and abilities then the others of different crafts) and all spells, history or anything involving them was burned. It was said that these Witches were the only ones who had the power to revive the dead.

Bio: No memory of her human life and a very little of her Maker, Chaos had been in the city of Notz for as long as she could remember. But she had a mission imprinted in her mind. "Protect Her Gift" Something that was given by her Maker before he disappear. It Seem to be the city itself, and she had done so and since it is her she does what she wants with it. From saving it to Destroying it.
She seem almost emotionless if she is not angered. She has a alliance with the Chief of Police of the City as he/she helps keep the existence of the Nighters non-existed. She isn't afraid to threaten him/her though she make sure everything kept in check with the Nighters and humans who dare disgrace her city.
She does not feed for days as she is roaming the city and constantly refusing to drink the blood of her Human Servant for reasons not yet known.
She has strength and speed along with the shadows that she is said to command.

((starting up))
Notz were cover in rain, the moonlight barely giving light to the city below.
On the corner of one of the many isolated streets stood a shop.
Bonds of Red
was the name of it, glowing neon red color.
Inside was a young woman, Zona Rogue, she was checking the stocks of the shop dress in her causal clothes.
Sighing she fill in the last of the numbers on her clip board before setting it down on the counter and rubbing her eyes.
"Man i'm so tired..." she mumbled. She would always be tired most of the day since it always rain. She yawn as she waited for her uncle.
Chaos jumped from building to building, the rain pelleting on her trench coat and skin as she continued her patrol. The night would have been quiet to most humans, but to her it was noisy with activity from the Nighters.
