If there was one thing the big paintball tournament from awhile back that Jericho learned, it was that he really needed to work on his aim. Not only that but the club in general could probably use a little more work in that regard. So when the opportunity came up for some paintball action, even if it was just one vs. one, he jumped right on it.
The dragon was getting his gear on, making sure he was properly suited up before going out onto the field. There were still some remnants of paint on the armor that couldn't quite be washed out, but that was fine.
Oh. And he made sure to have his own cup with him. No bright red used cups for this monster.
Once he had his gun and ammo, he looked around to see where Bul was.
"Ready to hit the field?"

From the NAP vs Fitness paintball Bul came face to face with ultimate humility- not to mention a very extreme situation of choosing whether or not to shoot. This occurrence cost him a game and his reputation with Riley. He didn't know how long it would take to make up for it or when he could be trustworthy again for Riley but it was... certainly worth it in the long run. He knew now to make sure he never played in the same match as his ghoulfriend lest he cause a serious stir.
Putting on that armor was like stepping backwards in time several weeks before now.
"Ready..." he paused. Was he really ready?
He had to be, Mei wasn't gonna be there and he was only playing against Jericho, not a soul else. He wanted to ask the other about Riley but thought it best to wait for now and just play.

Pausing for a moment there, Jericho could have sworn he caught a hint of hesitance in the lizard. He was only vaguely aware of the drama revolving Mei during that one round of paintball. Basically, all he knew was that Bul had managed to get himself into trouble with Riley one way or another.
Deciding to dismiss it, he grinned towards the other and started to head on out.
"Alright. Good luck man," he said before getting into position.
"Game starts on 3! 3... 2... 1.. GO!"
Soon after he had shouted the go, the dragon started to run after Bul, firing away with a wicked grin. He was hoping to at least get a few good shots in today. And his opening rounds were pretty close, but not quite enough.

"Ah... aw thanks you too!"
Bul held his gun ready to go. He wanted to get better for all the expected reasons in the world but mostly? Mostly he wanted to get good so that Riley could depend on him again.
That and should he ever get a gun that could kill the shadow reapers from the island he could ACTUALLY hit them.
"Woo! Just barely there red," he said then fired a round in the dragons direction.
PEW, right on target. "Yeeeeeeeah boy I got it today I. Got. It."

Jericho strafed to the side in hopes of avoiding taking a hit. His efforts were good, but it wasn't quite enough as he took a shot to his arm. The impact left a stinging pain that he was now somewhat familiar with from past games but that was hardly enough to slow him down.
"Heh. Nice shot," he grinned while mentally noting to be more careful. He couldn't make things easy for Bul after all!
Switching directions, he went and fired again at the other boy. The dragon had a sort of misstep as he did this, sending his shot pretty far off target.

"Maybe I got a good gun..?" Bul smiled through his mask. "If that's the case Imma put my name on it or some s**t."
There was a lack of mist making the playing field a hellzone. Bul could have very well counted on this as his saving grace. "So... I know this is uh.. a wierd-" When he lurched off the side and fired Bul hit the floor letting out a "WOAH!"
Standing back up he fired once more and for a fraction of a second forgot what he was going to ask. "Yep... my name. On this gun. Its gonna happen."

Still stumbling to regain his footing, Jericho felt another sting, though this time in his leg.
"Oh man, I'm really going to have to step up my game here!" he said more to himself than to Bul. The other student had managed to hit him twice in a row and they had just begun and all.
"Might need to borrow that gun sometime though," he grinned as he fired back, managing to finally get a hit, "Or maybe not. Seems like I might have a pretty good gun myself."

Oh yeah. Riley.
The thought struck him again like the paintball Jericho fired. Smack dab in his chest, he instinctively reached to feel it but when he there wasn't any 'wounds' to be felt Bul chuckled nervously to himself.
"Nice shot," he said then lept back to give them some space but enough room still to talk. "Listen I wanted to ask since I know you hang with Riley right? Do you know if uh.. she's still mad or trusts me still?" he asked. "After the last regular match with NAP I know I really caused some problems.."
Lifting his gun he stood still and made an aim for Jericho.
And she meant it. She called me a liability.. Bul pulled the trigger like if he were Riley with the gun aimed at his own neck. Though he didn't expect that his shot would fire.. THAT straight... straight into Jericho's head.
"OH s**t DUDE I'M SORRY-"

Jericho took a moment too long to gloat in the fact that he had just nailed Bul in the chest. He paid for this quite dearly by taking a hit right to the face mask. Grunting, he staggered back from the shock before wiping away some of the paint to help clear his vision. This was going to make shooting a little tougher.
"Daaaamn," he commented before shaking his head. It took him a moment or so to register the question regarding Riley thanks to the headshot.
"Yeah I hang with her," he said while still trying to wipe out the paint from his mask.
"She's forgiven you as far as I know," he added. While he didn't know all the details, he at least got that much. Once he felt he had enough paint cleared, he shot quickly at Bul, wondering if he could catch the guy off guard. The round wasn't really all that close to hitting.
He blamed it on a messy mask.

Feeling a little overconfident Bul did a little bit of a James Bond rolling on the ground and humming a tune to his secretive scurrying.
"I sure hope so.. I mean.. it sucks cause she's pretty ******** cool and I'd hate to be a source of drama for her..." He'd REALLY hate to be a source of drama for her considering how inevitably powerful the mindflayer was.
After a couple more ridiculous rollings around, the half beast stood once more and cried out,
"KRAAAAAAAHH GUUUUUUH!" ((lolIhopePachreadsthis))
Another shot to the head. Bul was seriously ready to slap some decal on this gun and call it the Redbull.

Still half blinded by the previous hit, Jericho tried to move around, but it was really kind of hard to see right now. He at least had a slightly better idea of where Bul was exactly when he felt another shot hit him in the head. This time it was the side of his helmet so he didn't have to worry about more blinding paint.
"Damn man! Have you been target practicing while no one's around?" the dragon asked while spinning about, noticing the rolling lizard.
Charging ahead, he was determined to try and make things up, firing away at the other boy. It really was still hard to see and his shots went wide.

Bul felt bad for hitting him again in the face mask. It had to be impossible to see out of.
"Nope not a bit... though I should.. probably.." he said and tried to shoot the dragon this time from the ground as he somersaulted about.
This time though he made an effort NOT to aim for the other's head or really anywhere above his knees even and while rolling missed completely. "Heh.. How they do this in the movies is beyond me.." he said giddily.

"Heh. Well you're really not doing too badly for not really practicing."
Thankfully he didn't feel anything else hitting him just yet. Since his aim was pretty poor right now, Jericho just decided to charge right at Bul. The closer he was, the better chance he had to hit, right?
"VOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!" he cried out as he beelined right at the lizard, even using his wings to boost him as he fired away.
All in all, it didn't really help his aim all too much.

"AAH!" Bul cried in terror practically as he scooted back through the dirt when Jericho charged, expecting to get pistol whipped to death.
Granted that didn't happen and Jericho missed so Bul cut the rolling crap and got to his feet in a stumble before jolting off to create distance again.
Behind him he glanced and tried to aim for the dragon's back but found himself pile driving straight into one of the court walls.
"Ffffuuuck..." he hissed. The armor cushioned it enough to keep him standing but it didn't hide the embarrassment in his wobbly posture that followed.

Still crying out, Jericho continued to chase after Bul, trying to close the gap as much as possible. He didn't even stop when the other boy stumble into the walls.
His aim had improved with the efforts, but for a moment or so he had to take his attention off of his target to avoid running right into the wall himself. Making sure he didn't, he just continued to pursue the half-beast, determined to get him.
