A light breeze scuttered through the leaves of the trees Isatis stood camoflagued under. She looked ridiculous, broken and tattered branches were strapped crudely across her body shedding leaves whereever she walked like a green snowstorm and she had crudely entwined vines in her mane and tail that flopped comcally around her face and on the floor. On top of this she held in her mouth a crippled twig, brandished like a sword. She was on 'bandit duty', as she liked to call it. Ensconced in her hiding place she would leap out at the unsuspecting pions of the Six and terrorise them into handing over all their belongings- before beating a hasty retreat. She was confident this ploy would work- why, just the other day she had astounded (mildly surprised) a huge stallion (leggy yearling) and frightened him into giving her his beautfiul necklace (made him laugh so hard he gave it to her and gone on his way, crippled with the giggles. It now hung proudly around her neck as she stood waiting to claim her next victim.

Dark Tide walked at a steady pace down the path. he had discovered a new pond here the other day and wanted to see if there were any fish in it. His hooves crunched on fallen leaves he noticed a few other Azreins had wandered this same path. Hmmm i wonder if I will see one, he wondered. The forest trail was quiet, almost too quiet. He glanced around suspiciously, no birds no bugs, no brother. Dark Ion was hanging out with Opal he suspected. Tide didn't mind, he liked solitude once in a while.

Isatis hadn't realised she had slipped into a light doze until she heard hoof falls on the ground, passing her by. She peeked out of her hidey-hole, trying to make as little noise as possible and gazed at the passing stallion. Handsome, yes, but not appearing to be paying to much attention to his surroundings. He looked like an easy mark, at least at the moment, so she gathered up her courage and leapt out of the bushes with a magnificant crash and vertiable storm clous of leaves.
She stood with her legs braced, her makeshift weapon held in what she imagined the en guarde position was and glared.
"Stand and deliver, your money or your life!"
She exclaimed in a dramtic way with a flourish of her branch. Unfortunately her words came out muffled, so she tensed up and eyed the stranger in a challenging way.

Tide spooked so hard he was 14 feet down the road before he glanced back and saw what had happened. "Yeesh Lady why did you have to scare the crap out of me. I'm an easy going guy, I wouldn't have ignored you, you could have simply talked to me without sneaking up behind me like a panther." Tide realized that he was babbling and paused for a moment. "I'm sorry, what did you say? I can't hear you with that stick in your mouth. Hmm, your rather pretty arn't you?" he asked.
