Do you have an Azrein? Yes!
What drew you to the shop? I had actually seen King's sig in Soq, then I got the mass pm about a free custom if I would just RP it. Then what really made me stay was the wonderful staff at the shop, although, I pretty much only saw King. ^^;
Do you feel like HoA is friendly? Very much so!
Do you feel like the staff is helpful? Yes. I know I can always contact King via aim if I have a silly question or suggestion. xD
What do you like the most about HoA? Hmm.... I like that the staff seems to care about the people within the shop. There isn't any fighting or arguments in the thread and that is also a mega plus. Also, I like that no one has 'friend points' with the colorists. xD Meaning, just because you are friends you get special perks.
The least? Hmmm..... Honestly, up until now my only complaint is that I really have not seen much of the other staff members (before they went on hiatus) but then again, it's not a HUGE deal or anything. :]
What are some things you think we need to improve on? Maybe more staff members to help even out the load of customers? But right now I'm pretty okay with the service, ect. xD
What would you like to see in the future?
Any ideas for future events? Like RP events for people to win customs and bribes, ect. Or maybe even breeding RP events. Like where people will just fling their horses or mate them.
Mating event: Maybe the horses could tie ribbons to each others hair to show they are mated?
Fling event: A mixer type thing, the end result ends in a fling. xD
Any ideas about the metaplot concerning the war with the Six? I may come up with something soon for this. I'll have to think on it a bit longer.
How do you feel about our current lines? I actually really like them. They are pretty unique. Maybe more lines unique to certain sub-species of horses? Maybe there is a hypigriffj-horse mix? Things like that. Species that somehow bred together years ago and no one knows how. xD

How do you feel about the roleplaying aspect? RP Events? I actually really like it. biggrin Although, I'm terrible at math, so events that involve it elude me.... maybe just simple rolling/random number events?
Think anything could be improved / added to the RP side of the shop? Maybe have different Rp's for different paths. Like for the evil HoA they roleplay on the side of the six, ect.

What drew you to the shop? Pretty lines, a story I liked, and once I got here my questions were answered quickly.
Do you feel like HoA is friendly? I do. I'm not always around to post and chat. But when I do I feel welcome. XD
Do you feel like the staff is helpful? Yes, in fact Azzy's quick responses to my initial questions about customs and her friendliness is probably the main reason I decided to stick around and get a custom.
What do you like the most about HoA? The atmosphere and moderately to very active roleplaying. Since my return to gaia I'm been looking for a b/c with active RP and this was the first, of probably 10 or so, shops I browsed that RP looked like it happened.
What are some things you think we need to improve on?
What would you like to see in the future? More mane and tail options. I know you're already working on this, but I feel that the more options, the more unique a Azrein can be. The more unique the more inspiration I, and likely others, get to make interesting and fun personalities.
Any ideas for future events? I think a July 4th, patriotic and firework, themed event could be fun. Countries/states, music, magic, gemstones, pokemon, weather, and maybe an animal(big cats, wildlife, ect) are some other event ideas.
Any ideas about the metaplot concerning the war with the Six? Not at this time, but if i get any ideas I'll be sure to share them. ^^
How do you feel about our current lines? I like them, they are nice and I like the poses too. I really like how they show off most aspects of the horse. Like the forehead, chest, and flank/rump.
Are there any lineart additions you would like to see in the future? Maybe other species/breeds. Examples: Unicorn, Donkey, ect.
How do you feel about our prices for customs, breedings, and flatsales? Too expensive, inexpensive, or a bit too cheap? I think they are fair. I've always thought most customs are overpriced, but for the amount of work and being able to get what you want basically when you want it, I don't think the price is bad.
How do you feel about the roleplaying aspect? RP Events? I have yet to participate in an RP event. But I have enjoyed roleplaying and am looking forward to the next RP event that I can participate in. X3

What do you think makes HoA unique from other shops? The story and RP experience. I like the stat system for the role play. I'm sure there are similar things in some shops, but I've never been a part of one that had a system like that. ^_^
Do we have enough flatsales / raffles / games? Don't really think I can give a fair answer to this at this time. Seeing as I came to the shop less than a week before most the staff went on haitus.

How do you feel about our current lines? Their so cute. Some parts of the lines seem awkward and not proportional though.
Are there any lineart additions you would like to see in the future? Maybe alternate poses, or like species that are related/similar to horses? (like deer, anteloup, those kinds)

Do you feel like HoA is friendly? Very friendly.
Do you feel like the staff is helpful? Bunny,I haven't really talked to the others besides Moo,that was only once.
What do you like the most about HoA?Everyone in general is really nice and no one seems to be greedy.
The least? You def need more colorists,need a lot of help,only a couple colorists aren't going to get the job done.
What are some things you think we need to improve on? Nothing that i see at the moment,your just getting started again.
What would you like to see in the future? More events and the colorists actually interact with the threads.Maybe a build-a-Azreth or something rather.

Do you have an Azrein?Yes, two lovely ones and hopefully my youngest on the way smile
What drew you to the shop?the siggy art on someone's posts. I have loved breedables but it's always a pain to get one. I love to rp, but in the other shops if you didn't have their 'breedable' you couldn't rp. But getting one of theirs was like pulling teeth...so I guess accessibility as well
Do you feel like HoA is friendly?Yes, the friendliest I've encountered so far!
Do you feel like the staff is helpful?Yes I do! Especially the hansome king *winks*
What do you like the most about HoA?I like the people the best I think.

What drew you to the shop? Being asked to apply as a colourist
Do you feel like HoA is friendly? Very!
Do you feel like the staff is helpful? Well, they will be as soon as they settle down and get the hang of it all. ;3
What do you like the most about HoA? The friendliness.
The least? The in-thread RP is hard to follow for those that just came in. It's deeper than in-thread usually is.
What are some things you think we need to improve on? Well, you're getting staff size taken care of now, so... just pulling in lurkers.
What would you like to see in the future? Events. I'm coming to find shops that have more events are generally more successful than those that don't.
Any ideas for future events? A new-owner Rp. Nothing too deep plot wise, just a way for new owners to officially meet and bond with other horses. A way for amateur RPers to get their feet wet with RPing.
Any ideas about the metaplot concerning the war with the Six? After reading it.... just now... the story itself if very strong and compelling. However, I am not, and have never been a writer, and at the moment am at a loss as to comments and suggestions about it.

How do you feel about the roleplaying aspect? RP Events? While they will require lots of reading and prep from the RPer, which can be super intimidating, I believe that the story they create is really great.
Think anything could be improved / added to the RP side of the shop? Hmm... Descriptions of the kingdom and type of people in it. How big is it? How populated? How horse/human relationships are viewed by others. (If this info is already written somewhere, then make it easier to find.)

What do you think of Bunny's free customs to RPers? Not sure yet. It makes it very easy to get started in the thread. But at the same time, if you don't have to work very hard for it, will you be as likely to RP it. Your form should maybe have personality info, alignment, and RP ideas so that the appliers know that they are applying for a horse to RP with, not just some free, pretty art.
What are some things you'd like to see in the guild? User-run shops? More items? Different RP events? Those ideas sound like an interesting start.

What is your HONEST opinion about the shop? I'm very impressed with the RP side of it. It's intimidating, but for the hard-core RPer, I think you have solid ideas. As for the horses... the lineart is very good, and are the templates. Most of them are very well colored. Some of them are a bit... off. But I'm excited to see what the future has in store for this shop.
