Lissy had snuck out of her cabin. She couldn't sleep this feeling of restlessness was irritating her to no end. She couldn't feel awake anymore and she was sure something wasn't right - maybe they weren't feeding them proper food or something? She sighed and wrapped her coat around her. She was going to go for a swim, that would help her sleep.
She wandered down as quickly as she could as she didn't want to be spotted. Her hair was all tied up in a bun so that she could be more ninja like - after all hair down isn't very ninja like in the slightest.
She reached the lake and sat down allowing her feet to dangle in the water before she actually got in. It was cold but she was getting use to that now. She came down to the lake daily to swim.
Pulling her coat around her she listened out for any noise, she didn't want to be caught by anyone sneaking about she would get a right telling off!

********* brain itched.
It itched and itched like crazy! And, unfortunately for the tailless cat, there was no real way to scratch an itchy brain. Well, a clean way of doing it.
There was only one way to actually ease the itching, and it required a bit of footwork on the feline's part. She spent most of her days hiding in the woods, just because it was easier than trying to time things with hiding beneath which cabins at what times. It was nice to be able to stretch her legs and move about as she did in the city.
As she approached the lake, her collar was certain to signal to anybody nearby that something with a bell was approaching. Any who were familiar with the cat would have known it was *********. Those who were not familiar with her, well, they'd soon enough find out that a round manx cat was responsible for teasing their ears with that playful jingling sound.

The bell made Lissy jump and turn around. Seeing a cat made her sigh with relief! At least it was a cat!
"What are you doing here kitty?" she whispered wondering why it was a cat with a collar would be up here. Did a kid sneak their cat here? Well at least they would have a decent amount of hunting up here!
"Dont fish too much you might fall in!" she thought she might as well give the kitty some advice but she wasn't going to stick around if it did! The splash would make a lot of noise and Lissy did not want to get caught swimming at night with no lifeguards about!

The manx saw the child before the girl spoke up. Ah, good old fashioned night-time vision at its best. Either way, the girl had spoken up, and the feline's ears perked up at the sound. As she trotted closer, that itchy brain syndrome only seemed to get worse.
When she was finally within a conversational distance between herself and this girl, she sat her haunches down. The fact the itching had gotten worse was a sign. A very good sign that the one she had just approached was the source of the itching to begin with. There were logical questions to be asked, such as why a girl was in a swimsuit at the lake after it was dark? Why did the girl look as if she just got caught stealing or something? However, the question that ********* knew she needed an answer to first was why did this girl cause her brain to itch?
In an effort to concentrate, the tailless cat's eyes closed and she began to focus in on the child. At first, nothing but that itching feeling in her brain seemed to come to her. However, a name soon enough managed to wander into her thoughts.
A name she was very familiar with.
A name she blurted outloud.
"Egeria?!" That definitely was not a whisper.

Lissy had been struggling to see the cat, it was dark after all but she did see the cats mouth move and she did hear the word that came out of it and she just stared.
"What?" Should Lissy be in bed, yep she should - maybe she was and she was dreaming? Typical she was dreaming and thinking that she was dreaming in her dreams. Well this was all a little weird now wasn't it? She smiled though and turned to the cat.
"Okay I am dreaming and you are a cat who talks... so who is Egeria? I am Lissy Harrow!" Point that out. The poor cat in her dream was confused, at least she won't be anymore!

Why did so many people jump to the conclusion that talking cats equaled dream time? The feline let out a decent sized sigh at the child's immediate conclusion. Despite such a sigh, the manx had herself a set of manners.
"It's great to meet you Lissy! My name's *********! You probably won't believe me, but you are also Sailor Egeria, and I have been looking for you for a very long time." It wasn't long before the girl had a cat rubbing up against her ankles in a nearly giddy manner. The tailless cat's mind was running a mile a minute. If Ridley hadn't smuggled ********* here, then this girl would have slipped under the radar. There was a chance ********* would have never found Lissy (though the manx liked to think of herself as an optimist). Oh, how ********* was going to have to thank Ridley later!
With a few giggles escaping her, she then backed away. "Oh, that's right... so much to do!" In all of her excitement, she forgot to mention the fact that this was indeed not a dream.

Lissy would realise this wasn't a dream in the morning but for now it was one of those dreams to enjoy! She was also used that the cat was rubbing around her ankles and so she sat on the ground and stroked the little cat.
"Your a very cute cat *********!"
Lissy continued to stroke her while listening to the fact that she was apparently Sailor Egeria whoever that was. Wasn't it those sailor people in the news? She was sure she saw something though she didn't make it a habit to watch the news in fact she would rather avoid it!
"Who is sailor Egeria?" Lissy thought she should at least ask who it is she was suppose to be!
"What do we have to do?" What could a cat possibly need to do?

Ahhhh, kitty scratches and compliments. "Oh my, you spoil me Lissy... not that I mind. Oh, I definitely don't mind at all!" A couple stray purrs seemed to escape her chest, but again, these two had to tend to business.
"Sailor Egeria is one of my girls!" she explained, yet again giving the misleading description that Parthenope was grieving over somewhere else. "A part of a team of senshi that save the day." It was probably an easier way of describing the whole ordeal than trying to explain all of the small nuances.
Though she was enjoying the kitty scratches, ********* pulled away for a moment. Once she was a decent distance away, the feline crouched down very slightly before popping up for a rather simple back flip. Two items fell to the ground over the space she had jumped over, but they hardly made a sound since the ground was far softer out here. No concrete and asphalt was a nice change. "There we go!" she said with a smile before looking back to the girl. "Lissy, come here... I have some things for you!" With her head, she motioned for the girl to come closer.

To say Lissy found this situation amusing was an understatement. This was the weirdest dream she had ever had but yet she was still so sure she was awake! Ah well awake or not this was a very happy kitty!
When ********* explained Lissy only half listened, well she was listening but not really believing after all this was a dream. She did enjoy watching the cat do some sort of back flip though that was kind of cool!
Two objects dropped though and that made her curious! She walked over and looked at them and then the cat and then the items again.
"These are for me? What are they?" Though the phone was kind of obvious the other item wasn't and why was a cat giving her a phone in a dream? Oooo maybe it was a sign!! Lissy didn't have her own cell phone yet so maybe this meant her mother would finally give in and get her one! Yes!

"Yup yup yup... both yours... put the phone away for now. I don't think you'll be needing it quite yet." If this had been a dream (which it wasn't), that could have been seen as a message as well. However, there were no secret meanings at the moment. The phone was a phone and they didn't need to make any phone calls yet. There weren't any other senshi nearby to program into the phone.
"Please take up the other item, the pen." The cat glanced away from them, as if checking to see if anybody was nearby. "Now, I can tell you are trying to be quiet and all, but I need you to shout out 'Egeria Power, Make-up!' for me! Please do it with as much feeling as you can!"

Lissy didn't look overly happy about putting the phone away but it was for later... you know later when like she got home and saw her mother again! She smiled at that thought and then took the pen like thing, her hands gripped it as she turned it over to look at it. Was strange and there was an odd symbol on it as well.
She looked at the cat again and then looked around. Shout? Well it was a dream right so lets face it no one would come and if they did it's not like she would get into trouble so all in all everything was all good and stuff.
"Okay." Smiling she gripped the pen again and closed her eyes before looking at the cat and a smirk crossed her face - one the cat would eventually learn to mean she was about to do something that one might not want.
"EGERIA POWER, MAKE-UP!" She basically screamed it with all her might. She might have been young and small but hey kids have big voices and she shouted it as loudly as her lungs would allow!
The transformation that took place wasn't recognised at first. She was too busy taking rather large breaths from where she had shouted so much. The first she realised was when she noticed her feet were closed in and she wasn't wearing sandals.
This was such a cool dream!
"Awesome." Was her only response - after all it was a dream!

Egeria might have been too distracted to notice what had happened to *********. However, in her excitement, she changed rather quickly into her less feline-like form. It was a risk at all times, since it attracted attention, but the cat was ignorant of any potential Negaverse Agents being present at the camp.
The child might not have expected it, but suddenly she was tackled in a nearly playful manner by a young teenage girl who had silvery hair and was giggling. In fact, the giggles sounded quite familiar, like it might have belonged to the manx cat that the child had just met. This girl seemed to have several accents to her outfit that might have reminded the child of the cat. She wore a collar similar to the cat, complete with a silver bell. Along the base of her hat, it almost seemed as if two cat-like ears were peeking out. Maybe those ears were like a cat headband?
Before Egeria knew it, both the child and the stranger were on the ground. The cat-earred girl was on the bottom and already had her arms wrapped about the child in a huge hug. Her hat had fallen off from the tumble, revealing that the cat ears were not a decoration, but actually on the silver-haired girl's head. The child could probably hear the faint giggling and mutterings of the girl who was now hugging her.
"I can't believe Hygiea was right! Oh she is going to be telling me 'I told you so' soooo much! Either way, I am so happy I've found you, Egeria!"

One doesn't expect to get hug-attacked normally not even in dreams especially but a cat... or a cat person... or whatever she was. Lissy no Egeria wasn't completely stupid, she knew in a way it was still ********* though she wasn't sure how she knew.
"What?" Was the only thing she could say for a while before she started wondering if she was going to be able to breath again! She tried to push the cat girl off of her while taking deep breaths. Maybe ********* wanted to kill her newly found girl? Egeria managed to wriggle slightly free - free enough to breath and talk at least!
"Whats going on? Who is Hygiea? And weren't you a cat a second a go? And whats going on?" This was without doubt the strangest dream the girl had ever had and she was arguing in her head whether now would be a good time to make herself wake up!

Oh goodness, all of the confusion the child seemed to have as she struggled to separate herself slightly from ********* hugging only seemed to make ********* mood even lighter. She laughed out hard, though it was still a rather light, airy sort of laugh that the silvery-haired girl had. Eventually, ********* arms loosened up. In fact, one arm completely abandoned its post wrapped about the child and went to touch the child upon the cheek. Carefully, she guided the child's face in a direction where ********* could look at her, eye-to-eye. With her hat knocked off of her head, one could easily see the star-shaped mark upon her forehead. The most prominent feature to this strange cat-earred girl at the moment was her truly contented smile.
"Hygiea is another one of my girls, and one of your teammates. You have seven other teammates, Egeria. I have only located five of them so far. You, my dear, were quite tricky to find!" She let out a soft giggle as she stroked a thumb across the child's cheek.
Having gotten her sheer happiness out of her system, the girl carefully sat herself upright, then set the child out of her lap. The moment this had been done, the silvery haired girl decorated in bells changed back to a tailless cat.

This all made so much sense didn't it?
Nope.
Egeria watched as the cat acted well... motherly towards her and spoke of strange things only to turn back into a cat! What? Her face must have shown the disbelief as her mouth was open and well confusion was plastered on her face!
"O...k....a...y...." She spoke slowly as if trying to understand but she didn't in the slightest.
"I think I need to go to sleep..." After all if this was a dream maybe sleeping would wake her up and then she could forget the whole thing! Talking cats... cats that turn into half people and whatever she was called and teammates and so much stuff that just couldn't be true. Egeria wasn't stupid, none of this was possible.
