In a relatively quiet corridor of the massive structure, house to a multitude of teams, is a simple yet graceful, cocobolo wood door. If one were to turn the glass door knob attached to the deep, red hued wood and enter the room they would find a space that curiously matched its door. It is a medium sized, rectangular living space. The floor is made of planks of dark ebony as is the trim that lines the deep hugging red walls. The ceiling corners are curved slightly, and fit onto the walls in a way that almost make it seem like a lid on a music box. The ceiling is painted an off white, a striking contrast to the bold red and black theme. A modest nickel chandelier like lamp hangs from a slightly raised platform on the ceiling. Three windows give the owners of the room a view to the outside world. Two of them are of an average size and one of them is almost bigger than half the wall it occupied albeit it's on the smaller wall. All of them sport simple crimson drapes of a cottony texture that efficiently block out the sun.
The largest window has a huge cushion on it's jutting windowsill. The cushion, the same red as the curtains, could be easily used as a bench or a bed. To the left of the window is a small couch with the same color of upholstery as the drapes. The back of said couch is curved and slanted, almost similar to a more rounded, dramatic version of the top of a grand piano. Two small, undecorated circle pillows rest on the arms of the couch and the simple legs are made of a rather browner shade of cocobolo than the door. Beside it stands an averaged sized endtable. The table, made of wood similar to that of the legs of the couch, bears no decoration save a small flower carved in the wooden handle of the single drawer.
To the right of the table is one of the small windows and just across the room from the table is the other. To the left of the window on the other side of the room are a few black and red cushions large and comfortable enough to serve as seats, or even to sleep on. Beside them, a simple, function ebony writing table which is a tad of the large side. Its many drawers hold nothing but paper and ink though a great deal more could be stuffed in them. On the desk sits a single, candle holder made of some sort of silver looking metal, supporting a thin white candle. A matching wooden chair, not padded but comfortable yet, is pushed in close to the desk.
Over all, the room has a warm quality. A little secluded and perhaps a bit strange, but comfortable and safe. Though not large, it is room enough from the small team that occupies it. Though they are new to the settings it is certain to not be long before it fells like home.
