Hobbies: Boxing – Being a bartender Brie has interactions with less than savory characters, so being able to defend herself is a must. But even before she started bartending she had an interest in boxing. It was the discipline of the sport, training her body to do a specific action. It also gives her an appropriate venue to vent her aggression. She isn't going to be a professional boxer anytime soon, but she can definitely pack a punch.
Billiards – A past time Brie picked up the first year she was legally allowed into bars. She's not very good at it, but she finds enjoyment in trying to hit certain balls into holes without hitting the others. It's like a big puzzle. Lately she's been trying to work on trick shooting, but that isn't going as well as she hoped.
Bartending – What started out as a hobby eventually became her career. Brie's parents had a modest bar in the basement of their home and when Brie turned 16 she started playing with drink concoctions. Her parents wouldn't let her drink them, but they were willing to be her test subjects. Her drinks were pretty bad at first, but once she started looking deeper into the ingredients list and mixing more logically they were surprisingly good. Brie thinks of bartending as a more of a science than an art, though she's trying to add some creativity now that she's actually working at a bar. Her hope is to eventually go to one of those bartending competitions in Vegas.
Virtues: Balanced – Brie is a big believer in balance. She doesn't like to spend too much time doing any one thing. This is a very good thing since she's going to school during the day and then spending her nights split between bartending and Negaverse duties and she still manages to have a social life. Her work, school and her social life are always in balance as long as she can help it. She keeps her personal problems away from work, and doesn't bring her school or work problems home at night. It's the same with the Negaverse and her civilian life. She doesn't let the problems she has as Baylissite affect Brianna. She finds her life is much more easier to manage when everything is in its place and doesn't mix together. When it does mix together she has a moment freak out, and then immediately does her best to right the balance.
Brainy – Brie is a very logical person. She loves knowledge and does her best to get as much of it as she can. She's very good with Math and Science, she has a mind for numbers and chemical equations. She doesn't exactly use her intelligence in the traditional way though. Instead of being an annoying intellectual she tries to creatively use her knowledge, like being a human tip calculator.
Blunt – Brie doesn't beat around the bush, she won't play mind games with someone or talk in circles. She's direct and to the point which she has been told is refreshing. It's not something she goes out of the way to do for the benefit of other people though, it's just how she is. She finds it tiring to play guessing games with people when she considers herself to be smarter than most people.
Flaws: Benighted – Brie lives with chronic b***h face, only she is very rarely actually estatic. She spends half of her time at neutral, and the rest of her time at pessimistic and/or pissed off. She also doesn't always understand people's moral dilemmas. If you get what you want in the end, then does it really matter how you got to that point? She doesn't let the 'bad' things she does get to her, which can make her extremely awkward in social situations when she says that one horrible thing everyone is thinking about the really fat chick wearing clothes two sizes too small.
Brat – As an only child of weak willed parents Brie grew up getting anything and everything she wanted. Her family definitely wasn't rich, but her parents would do whatever it took to make their precious baby happy. It didn't help Brie that she was also her grandparents only granddaughter so she was spoiled by them as well. This upbringing has lead Brie to expect all her demands to be met right when she demands them. If she doesn't get what she wants she'll become a passive aggressive b***h until she does get it. In her mind there's no reason she should be refused anything. When she was seventeen she wanted a new convertible and she got one- after her parents put a second mortgage on their house.
Bellicose – Brie doesn't need much urging to get into it with someone. Underneath the logical exterior Brianna is a bit on the violent side. While it's not an uncontrollable rage she has a great come at me face, and won't back down from a challenge. There's times she'll walk home and take the dark alleyways daring a mugger or unsavory character to attack her. She takes pleasure in fighting them off, and while she's gotten hurt doing such she's come out the winner so far. These nighttime strolls through bad parts of town only increased after joining the Negaverse, and not only that but she's taken for looking for burly looking guys to fight. She'll approach them as a civilian and get into it, and then by the end she'll have taken their starseed or energy.
