This New World got its name from the swordsmen master Shinjitsu. Shinjitsu was an traditional style swordsmanship, he is Zanjutsu master and he was the teacher that taught Yamamoto swordsmanship. Shinjitsu found a use for a zanpakuto and believe that swordsmanship was best for life so he live and breath Zanjutsu but one day he wondered off on his own for training and when he got lost is a regular forest, he never notice that the forest was a gateway to a strange but fascinating new world that only opens up once every four years. Once Shinjitsu past away, his body became a permanent gateway that leads into this "New World" and this gateway resides very deep in the forest where the waterfall is at in Squad 8's Meditation Garden. People believe that if anyone comes to this forest to train you will be a Zanjutsu master in no time because Shinjitsu spirit will fuel a person's body.
The New World was amazing sight to behold as well as the scenery was breath taking. But this place was very strange, there was water everywhere but the water was so concentrated that it was still watery like plain water but nothing can fall through but there was a whole forest sub-mirage under it, as well as there was very tall mountains as well you was able to touch the clouds. This New World seals away and nullify all powers so no releases, kido, hollow abilities, shinigami abilities but reiatsu can still be use.
