How Schooled Are You?I finished high school without much difficutly. I took a yer off and have now enrolled myself in college for a degree in sociolgy and psychology.
Got a Day Job? Besides the night job, I work as a broadcaster for the Megalopolis News. It's allowing me to save up for my dream: my own private practice.
Morals and Philosophy? I stand for the good in people's minds. Even if it's not apparent, I believe that there's a smidge of good in everyone. I do what I do because I haven't given up hope on the people yet.

xxxxx►►How'd You Get soo Special?During the later years of high school, I went on an 'experimental' binge where I offered myself up to testing from various psychotherpaists and scientists intent on studying the power of the mind. Obviously without the actual consent of my parents. I was given numerous drugs that at first had no effect. Chemical injections occured and those were quite trippy, but still no side effects were present at the time.
After that whole phase ended, I continued on to different ones, like the tattoing era, which my parents didn't know about either. Over hte passing months though, I noticed that I was hearing strange voices that I couldn't pinpoint to anything. At first they were just whispers that drifted in and out of my head. But as the weeks passed, the whispers turned into full out voices talking inside my head. I came to attribute it to the testing I had done. I told no one about it. I found out about the thought manipulation when I was looking for a job in the city. I really needed that broadcasting job and I dreaded listening to the boss internally argue with himself over whether or not to hire me. I just might've influenced that decision a bit.
xxxxx►►Nobody's Perfect My weaknesses are the things that I hear on a daily basis. It's not possible to just turn of the flow of thoughts into my mind and its sickening to never just be alone in my head. Particularly evil and malicious thoughts can sometimes lead to me becoming dizzy, tired, or faint.

Where Did You Come From?
I grew up in a tiny town out in the desert. Personally, I loved it there. My home was great, but my home life was lacking. My parents weren't particulary 'there' for me, but they were strict when they found out that I was doing thngs they didn't approve of. I grew up as an only child, wanting for nothing more than freedom. I had ample technology, but little oppurtunity to get out of the house and live. During my teenage years when I began to rebel, I finally found the shards of freedom that I lusted for.
High school wasn't horrible, but I didn't really enjoy it. I passed with ease and was glad to be out of there. Especially when my 'special traits' started to kick in. I could not handle listening to the menial thoughts of highschoolers day in and day out. Once I graduated, home life got worse. I wanted to take a year off, but the 'rents insisted that I immediately start college. I didn't follow their chosen course, so I left. My best bet was moving to the city, where I knew I could find work and start over again.
I wasn't antipating starting the 'work' that I'm doing now, but after seeing the state of Megalopolis, I decided it was the rigth thing for me to do.
