Jettyguy What did you have to tell them and what did they reply? I was a bit annoyed at this, but I read this earlier. Hope they actually get back to us :l Well, I'm not sure how it is for Nintendo of Europe's Customer Service, but I had to wait until I had the ability to select 3DS help, then wait until the actual person started talking. I just told the guy that I registered my copy of Zelda 3D, and didn't get the sountrack offer, and he started to ask a few basic things (e.g. name, address, phone number, email address, registration time.), Then he told me he'd pass that along to the higher ups. Oh, you should check your email for the confirmation email.
