What's Soo Super About You?
Jacob has a form of advanced Technopathy, allowing him to Not only control/alter technology around him, but also Merge with any/all forms of technology (Mechanical or electrical) by converting his body (And anything non organic attached to him (Clothes, wallet, bag, etc)) into pure electrical energy and entering the inner systems of the machine. While physically inside of a machine, he can alter the machine in anyway possible, in order to suit his need (However, he can only do so out of availible parts, he cant create something out of almost nothing, or make the machine grow or shrink without absorbing nearby technoligy). He can also Travel through technoligy, either through electrical wire, or through wirelessly uploading himself then donwloading himself. Two side effects of his power are that his mind thinks through computer code, mostly using Binary, or Hexidecimal, making reading his mind difficult, and that Jacob has a natural understanding of all forms of technoligy, making him seem incredibly smart in computer related matters.

Jacob was a subject for a miltary experiament, designed to allow soldiers to wireless communicate without the need for electronic technology nearby. During this experiment, There was a critical overload, not only causing jacob's body to turn into pure electrical energy, while retaining his conciousness, but also Destroying the facuility in the explosion. Through focus and hard work, jacob managed to will himself into a physical body.

Jacob has limited Ranged control over machines, being limited to basic machinary, and simple commands. While physically inside a machine, the machine acts as his body, transfering over damage equiverlently to his real body (If he takes over a car, and you burst of tire, his real body'd leg/arm is damaged). While inside a machine, his body's natural Bioelectrical energy is used to power the machine, tiring him out if over used. Due to Jacob's power being technology based, he is dependant on nearby technology, making him weakened. in technoligy-less envirments. While not percieved as a weakness to most, jacob Automatically picks up tranmissions from most sources, forcing him to focus on blocking out certain signals, thus causing him to loss focus at times during battle.
What Do You Use? Assortment of electronic devices, Has a small machanical spider like bot in hsi back pack, which he 'possess' during combat situations if no other technology is around.
Where Did You Come From?
Jacob was born to a normal family of such, with his parents living together throughout his childhood. However, when he reached the age of 16, his parents were caught up during a hostage situation with a local villain. While the villain was stopped, his parentw were two of the unlocky to not make it out alive. During the next few years, jacob lived on the streets, performing petty crimes in order to get the food he needed to survive. A Year later, he was 'recruited' by military scientests in order to be the lab rat for a new military experiment at their base far out of the city limits. This experiment Went horribly wrong, granting him his powers at the cost of the entire Military base and alot of his early memories. During the next 4 years of his life, jacob spent most of his time Pulling himself together, and then learning to control his new ability. On his 21st birthday, he returned to the city, applying for a job with the military as a technician. While fighting crime on the streets, he uses Freestyle movements he learned during his time as a street orphan, his moves not following any particular style or code of fighting.
