How?
Easy! Just make a HalloweenTown inspired Father's Day card, poem, meal? Be creative, as long as it falls under the category of 'art' it'll be accepted as an entry.
If your TiH Student has no father then an homage to the paternal figure in their life is lovely as well. (If you have no TiH student then your quest characters father? Or the 'father figures' of HalloweenTown such as Jack Skellington or your local Mayor!
Remember your entries must be HalloweenTown inspired, if you just post a picture of a hallmark fathers day card it's not likely to count. Prizes:

Okay, so... I am working on a quest writeup for a character, but it will not be done for a couple more days.
However, I decided to write a card from him to his "Father" that would probably just sit on the mantle. The character is a Marble (or some other sort of statue-stone) Golem, and a little bit bitter.
Also, please excuse my lack of.... artistic ability. I'm technically minded when it comes to these things.
To My Sculptor:
On a Father's Day, I write these lines
To the man that brought me into time.
You made me perfect, chiseled and strong
My feelings frozen, bitter and gone.
I do not feel, do not touch, do not grow
My fears feel hollow in the pit of my soul
My father, my sculptor, whoever you are
I wish I could find you, near or far
So I could end your pitiful life,
your cold, beating heart on the end of my knife.
