There have always been demons in our world, whether we admit it or not, they are there. Usually small teams of humans trained to eliminate them were enough, but in the last four years, more and more have flooded in past the control of just humans alone in Tokyo. So Oni Inc changed how we took care of the demon Epidemic. Specially trained operatives from the human population have been bound with a demon partner using an ancient spell. The demons that work for Oni Inc came there on their own free will, either having something against their own race or just wishing to live peacefully among the humans, of course to do that they have to hunt down their dangerous brothers. Bringing technology and mythology together, partnerships between demons and humans have been formed to track down and either arrest or kill hostile demons, depending on the situation and their crime. And in turn, the human receives from protection and the demon is granted to live among humans peacefully, so long as they do the work.

If a human in a bond is killed, the demon will die as well, giving the demon incentive to listen to and protect their human partner, as not all demons that are bound tend to listen. With the epidemic of hostile demons rising, the Bound of Oni Inc have their work cut out for them, and it's not getting any easier now that whispers of the Demon king being behind it all have risen.

Personality: Very serious about my job, but I can be very nice if you get to know me. Mainly I try to act professional, but seeing as how I was the test subject for all of this and my parents run Oni Inc, my mother making the bonds and my father being in charge of the agents, I have been known to bend the rules sometimes. Usually I am pretty calculating, but if you get me angry enough I'll act before thinking, though it seems to have worked for me so far.
Weapons: Two standard issue pistols and a katana
Appearance: Amaya
Bio: My mother is a powerful priestess, and my father is heavily involved in law enforcement, so it was kind of fate this would be my career. All of this started when I was sixteen. My dad was being pressured to find a way to bring the demon outbreak under control, seeing as how his task force was originally the one responsible for controlling the demons. Then one day, my mom, seeing her husband's distress, decided to try something. Dad had brought home a demon for questioning, seeing as how his wife was a priestess, it could be properly subdued, but he had left it alone to respond to a call about another local demon. Mom took me to where the demon was being held and conducted sort of an experiment...with several powerful mantras and spells, she bound me and the demon together, on the premise that if I were killed, the demon would die as well because of the bond, so it complied and did as told. It was no longer subdued, but did not lash out. Neither of us were too sure about this, but then when dad returned, mom explained what she had done. At first dad just seemed shocked, but after a few tests of speed and strength, and especially testing the bond, within reason of not killing me, dad seemed amazed and the next day he brought the two of us before the government officials who had been pressuring him to find a way to end this.

They were amazed as well and gave his task force permission to start binding demons with human agents. Seeing as how I was sort of the poster child for this campaign, and it was originally tested to see if it would even work with me, everything was tested with me and my demon partner first, but the first fight was when it seemed to seal the deal for everyone, mainly me and my partner though. I never resented that mom just kind of bound me to a demon without even talking to me about it first; it made my life more exciting, and I have a job not many others can say they have. I gets along with her demon fairly well, having known it for four years now and still enjoy bringing demons down.

Personality: My sister and I look alike, and for the most part we are the same. We're both a bit on the quiet side, we liked video games before s**t went to hell, we're relatively friendly. Though, I guess I'd have to say I'm a bit more mature than my twin. My taste in hobbies is certainly different than her's. Reading, drawing, and writing were my main things. I will tell you though that we are both fiercely loyal to our friends, we don't initially trust people, and we can be utter brats. I'm more level-headed though.
Weapons: A hunting rifle and two pistols. Though if you put any gun in my hand, I can handle it. I'm not as good a fighter as my sister, but I can do some things.

Bio:Our family was one of the lesser known families amongst those who fought demons. We harnessed the power of these powerful monsters we fought at the sacrifice of our relatives. For once a seal ran thin and we couldn't hold them back, we would die. Not anymore. Now that the beings have joined in our race to fight off those who would seek harm to humans, our family has begun to change its traditions. Our father was the first to do so, much to the dismay of others. But we believed in him and thus learned to be able to defend ourselves should the worst arise.

He died in the line of duty a couple of years ago, and so now we have joined Oni Inc. I was on the mission with him when it happened. And never have I been so sure in what we do now. My sister was with our mother at the time, and it wrenched my heart to tell them that he was gone to join our ancestors. I received a tattoo not long after thats of an angels wing on my left shoulder blade in commemoration of him.

Personality: As I'm sure my sis has already said, we are pretty much the same for the most part. Kinda quiet, pretty friendly, loyal as hell, bit on the slow to trust side, and sometimes bitchy? Ok ok, maybe not with those words, but basically the same idea right? Right! Yeah, I'll admit, I'm more of a kid than her, but whatever. I'm also more into sports and physical activity stuff though I do still love my video games. Softball and track were my sports man, don't doubt it! Maybe volleyball too. Oh yeah, I probably have more of a temper than my sister. Don't worry, she'll warn you first. Probably.
Weapons: Give me a knife or some sort of bladed object and I'm fantastic with it. So I have a few hidden daggers. Oh yeah, I'm also pretty decent at martial arts and running.

I was at our temple training with our mother when father was apparently killed. Mother was devastated, but she continues to carry on bravely despite it all. I held everything in so that I could ensure that she was alright, but I could see and sense how affected my sister was as well. I also received a tattoo, but it's of a demon's wing on my right shoulder blade in commemoration of him. And so we never separate unless we must for a mission.

Bio:Zyphian comes from a long line of hunters that date back to medieval times. He was born and raised to become one, no questions asked. Aside from his reputation as a member of the Cross family Zyphian has shown remarkable skills as a hunter both physically and mentally. His strategic battle strategies and his skills as a prominent kick boxer and master marksman has gained him numerous victories against many demons despite being partner less. His life, however, hasn't always been a positive one. Zyphian has faced several family tragedies that have isolated him from everyone else, but when you're part of a family who battles bloodthirsty demons all the time you know you're bound to lose someone dear to you sooner or later. Despite this Zyphian wages on fighting off Demons whom, if left alone, could mean the end of the world as he knows it.

Personality: I don't really care about too much of anything to tell you the truth...I mean sure, I'll look after my human I'm bound to in order to save my own a**, but I'm pretty content with living in the human world as a human. Better than my crappy home world was anyway. And the vending machines here...you can find anything in a vending machine....and I mean anything...that's amazing....
Appearance: Demon Form Human Form
Powers: I can control energy. You see that blue stuff in my demon form picture? That's energy. I can take it from anything, granted if I take it from something like, a building, it will severely weaken the structure. Take it from a living being and depending on what it is and how much I take, I could kill it. But I can control energy and turn it into just power to attack.
Weapons: I have claws. I really just like to use my power and claws. I'm pretty strong and it gives me something to do a little more than holding a gun, though I do have one.
Bio: What can I say? I was born and raised in the demon world, realized my power fairly early on and messed around with it one too many times. I guess I committed a few murders, even though I wasn't really trying to. Was just messing around. Anyway, I got my a** thrown in jail, so I didn't experience much. They put me away, then I was part of some gladiator type sport while in jail. That was fun I guess....I at least learned how to fight from there. The weapons just kind of hindered me. After a few hundred years, I was let out finally, so I just wandered off and somehow stumbled into the human world. As for my name being totally Japanese....well it was too hard to pronounce as it was, so we just decided to change my name so it would be easier for me to blend in. And now I work for Oni Inc I guess...

Personality: Alluring, flirtatious, and yet somewhat withdrawn, it is rather rude to try to judge a book by it's cover no? I love love... I live for it. I'm drawn to it. But I can be so very, very cold. It makes it a bit difficult for friends to be made and not simply lovers. I can be a changeling with my personality so to merely place a single label upon it doesn't necessarily work. Maybe you'll get to meet "the real me" hm? *giggles*
Appearance: I'm not bad... I'm just drawn that way.
Powers: I'm a succubus. I specialize in seducing men. I can slip into their dreams and suck up their souls... or life energy.... Depends on what exactly I want. Even outside of dreams, I hold a certain... power to men. They are drawn to me, I can't help that. It works to an extent on women, but not nearly to the same extent. I also have empathy which means I can read a persons emotions and influence them. No, I don't have to keep constant control to keep mine from seeping into them. Lovely thing about my species. I have wings too, so I can fly.
Weapons: My nails extend into knives (think Lady Deathstrike), but I'll also use my barbed and bladed whip since it's just so much fun.
Bio: Suki means love in Japanese. Did you know that? Yes.... it's the name that I chose for myself when I first came to the realm in the flesh from the demon's world. Before I would merely slip into the dreams of men in order to sustain myself, sometimes taking everything they could offer, sometimes only what I needed. My brethren used to admire me at one of the jobs that I held, and I must say a demon's love can be VERY different from what humans know. Few hold such emotions that are similar to those mortals. For that would be a weakness you see. In any case, my mother and sisters have all scattered to the winds in order to keep themselves amused which left me alone often. In terms of family of course! But such tales from my home realm are for another time. They can be so drab...

Now that I have traveled to the humans realm, it is far more interesting than when I would just slip into dreams! My god, it's like a painting with millions of different colors and textures and.... well... you get the idea I think. Men are still as predictable as ever though, but each offers it's own intrigue I suppose. I've only recently crossed over into this mortal realm, but I already have a couple of jobs. And they sustain me just perfectly I must say. In more ways than one heehee!
