six days ago. i'm on birth control and it shouldn't be irregular, and i'm not stressed.

It could be the weather. Sometimes, even if you're not stressed, your body can get stressed from sudden weather changes. Mine is freaking out, too.
You're gonna get it and be all "YEEEEAH ewwww..." and everything will be magical.

Pee on a stick. If it's negative, do it again next week. If you're still showing negative and have no period after a few weeks, I would go in for a blood test at either or doctor or a planned parenthood. I know urine tests are free at planned parenthood, and I thiiiiink the same for blood tests.
I've never been regular so every other month is a pregnancy scare for me, even though I've never had unsafe sex. You get used to it. Just breathe. Even if there is a squirmy little sea monkey festering in you, there are options.
Also one thing to keep in mind is not everyone has a 28 day cycle. They can be in a huge range. Maybe you're just running a little late.
