What is Celestial Services? "Celestial Services" is the more or less 'polite' name for a group of senshi who find themselves in a variety of situations. Maybe they are sick of saving lives for no rewards. Maybe they are tired of being treated as terrorists when they've done nothing wrong. Maybe they just need some fast cash. They're senshi who have powers and are not afraid to use them to gain some sort of profit. If it be in the form of cash, favors, safety, or whatever else you might need.
Those who join Celestial Services are if you want it put bluntly, hands for hire, and most commonly, Mercenaries. Hired on by private 'investors' seeking to keep their places safe from that which prowls the night streets both human..and inhuman. Some other jobs might just be like that of Private Investigators. Hunting down missing persons or pets..or those responsable. From mundane tasks to magical manhunts, Celestial Services will offer you what you need. For a price of course.
Who is in charge?
The Senshi of this team don't report to anyone but themselves in terms of what jobs they do. They can take whatever jobs they like and complete them in whatever manner in which the contracts entail. But they do have to hear from Sailor Pollux should they abandon, fail, or blunder their assigned jobs. While he's just a starting senshi and a young one at that, being in the 'Services' means you're taking a JOB. And when you screw up a job it doesn't just look bad for you, it looks bad for all of them. For the 'Company' if you will. He's not running a free lounge for you to crash, (but yes you can use so if need be), he's the guy who is making the calls, getting the right contacts, putting up the contracts, covering their asses if people come snooping. He's the one making those connections guy, so it pays to not piss off the Senshi of Frost. Even if he can be a bit of blunt a*****e.
How does this work? The headquarters of Celestial Services is located somewhere just outside of downtown, and inside the senshi would find what can only be described as a massive job listing. From Personal Bodyguards, to bouncers, and Private Investigators to acts of vengeance, the job listing is wide and varied. Ranging from some less savory jobs to mundane tasks such as finding a lost pet, keeping a neighborhood night watch, or just donating some s**t to whatever. Each job can use a bit of some senshi magic. each one offers a reward.
These rewards are PURELY IC. Saving a cat might gain you notoriety as a friend to animals, and as a 'good senshi'. It gains the senshi good PR. Where as Taking the job to kill a dealer who is late on reporting back their boss might gain you some extra IC cash and notoriety in the criminal underworld. Each job is essentially a platform to use in terms of getting character progression and development. An aid for personal plots of a device to use to help push plots along. Some jobs will open up new things.
In Example: Say you have a job to kill a pimp who is abusing his hookers. In thanks, besides some cash and notoriety, the hookers see you as an ally, and will provide you aid should you need a place to escape to or hide in the future from cops.
Another Example: An old woman fears her pet dog has been killed by monsters yet holds out hope this isn't the case. Upon returning the pet (or what is left of it), the woman requests you to keep doing what you do and fight the monsters. The end result is by word of mouth the people know your name in that area, and are not prone to calling the cops on you if they see you out on patrol.
The rewards are as varied as you make them, and and open to both dark and light aspects of senshi reputations. As a warning, most 'light side' jobs probably won't yield much benefit aside from good PR both as individual senshi and the senshi as a whole. But the darker jobs? Yeah. A lot more leeway on that side.

Details
The location of the Celestial Services Office is secret, but to those that know, it can be found in and old storefront in an abandoned part of town. The first floor is boarded up, as is the second. Keys are no where to be found. Unless you know where to look. One key is down the road hidden inside a city planter. This is the main key. The second key is on the roof, also hidden. The emergency key, used only in the most dire of circumstances in the very frame of the main entrance itself, in a secret compartment at the base. The inside is warm yet spartan. A fully stocked medical kit. A desk and office supplies. A couch which can be converted into a bed. The back room is filled with supplies ranging from extra medical, to mundane items like a change of clothes and canned food. It houses a permanent camping bed and microwave along with a stove, a mini fridge and freezer. The bath room is also on the first floor, but the upstairs bathroom has what you need for bathing.
There are no games here, no TV, no 'entertainment' unless you count the books on self defense and celestial object entertaining. But on one wall is a massive cork board with flyers and print outs of all sorts. This is the bulletin. This is where a senshi can find a job.
Joining Joining is open to all, and so is leaving. The premise is that so long as you want work you can find it. You don't want to work? That is your choice. You're welcome back at any time. If you're on a team already being apart of this one shouldn't conflict. The work you take on is an IC decision, so it's perfectly feasible to be a part of this team and another at the same time, (at least from this team's angle it is). One rule that must be upheld is that you don't casually sling around the location of the team's HQ. People are free to hear rumors, speculate senshi actions but the location itself is secret. When bringing people in they are expected to treat the building like a safe haven and if you need a comparison, as a speakeasy. Something that is illegal, but good and nobody wants to have shut down. This is a paramount rule.
*Full time members would be taking jobs on a regular basis, once a week at minimum. They would be gaining a reputation in their own goals, and well as reaping the benefits. The likely hood of them leaving for long stints is unlikely. They might not be apart of another team but if they are, hey, that is their own thing. But these are the ones who would get their own personal keys to the office. They are the ones who can 'revel' the location*. You can be a full time member of this team while being another full time member of another.
* Part time members are senshi who need something in particular more often then not. they come in every so often, get what they need and then vanish for long stints. Perhaps they are devoted to their own teams. Their own personal causes and goals and don't want to be too closely affiliated with anyone. Anyone can be considered 'part time'.
Stance on Knights, Civilians and joining Knights are ALSO allowed on this team, and they would fall under all the same rules and aspects as the senshi. I have all of this written for senshi, but just replace senshi with knight and..yeah pretty much works the same. So long as they have an IC reason, they're welcome. Civilians however, would not be able to join; But, that is not to say a civilian can't use this group as a means for their own development. NPCs are all fun, but civilians are just that, civilians, the ones who would be using this group. This is a possible plot device and I am happy to encourage it's use as such provided that it doesn't break shop rules or game play. If you want a special game-breaking plot, we have GMs for that.
* Note on location knowledge: Those with keys and the ability to revel the location would need to run by and IC keep note of those who have knowledge of the location. This is for both OoC and IC reasoning. IC, it is a place that is like a secret club house, and you need to be part of the club to get in. The location knowledge is considered on a 'need to know basis'. Obviously, the only ones needing to know are those on the team full or part time. NO ONE ELSE SHOULD KNOW. OoC, there have been many previous incidences of people using OoC knowledge IC. If such a thing does happen, take it to the GM as then it is game breaking. If you would like to break this rule please, PLEASE ask me first. The only reason I stress this so much is because it has happened in the past to other parties.

How to know who is what
Ranking Mechanics Rankings in Celestial Services are based off of card rankings, and each 'level' has a key meaning. Firstly, unlike actual cards, a rank is nothing more than how the senshi can identify their intent in the team, the length with which they have been with the Services, and what type of senshi they are. Each member is on equal footing and can take any job, no one gets to 'pull rank' or say they get first pick on jobs and that stuff. Not even Pollux. His 'special rank' only applies in terms to specifiy that he's in charge of the paperwork and up-keeping. Nothing more. The ranks are only listed formally here, are not really given much though in RP unless you're looking for a certain time of member. *An Ace means full time, and devoted to the paperwork side of things along with building maintenance, contact building, and task managing. *A King or Queen means that this member is full time, and has been full time for a long time with a very small likely hood of leaving. There can be multiple kings and queens of a suit. *A Jack means they are a full time member, but are newer to the group, or perhaps have split duties with another team. They will rank up with IC time unless noted.
Now we hit the second half, the suits. Suits denote the type of senshi and are applied throughout the ranks. If your senshi is part time, they will be a suit. No number is assigned to them, just a card suit.
*Spades are senshi who are attack/damage oriented. *Clubs are senshi who specialize in defense/shielding. *Diamonds are those who have abilities that act in support/buffing. *Hearts are those who fall into their own unique category.
Codes, and naming conventions There is another aspect to the system. And that is in the head quarters, senshi, negaversers, knights, and even civilians, are refereed to by the names of various alcoholic beverages. Employers are based off of letters or job descriptions. The idea behind this is that they are in the eyes of the world a terrorist group, people don't want to be affiliated with them or traced back. Also, senshi all have their enemies, allies, and whatnot. To protect everyone, while in the HQ, people can be referred to but their code names, that is, the beverage name or the contact name. This is purely an RP flourish and just a fun thing to use for an extra sense of sneakyness. If you'd like to post your character's name and associated drink just keep a few things in mind:
- Characters will only be named once, no talk backs! - Members may pick your character's beverage for you since it is an IC naming convention. - Since the above holds true, it can be wise to ask that player if they are comfortable with that choice. - If you want to name your own character, think it like so: The person who names them would probably be someone in the team, so think like that person and how they view them and what name they would give the character in question.

kalindara Foramen is up for this. Not like he needs money, really, but he'd like to think he was getting some form of reward out of all this. RP. We can do it. Easiest RP would be him running into Pollux maybe getting paid off and Pollux explaining+leading to the building?

Asclepius is definitely in. I think she will decide after my whole plot thing with her goes down whether or not she wants to be full or part time, though.
And as a med student, Pollux is welcome to call her Everclear?
