{{::: ~~ƒ~~ Overview ~~ƒ~~ :::}} The guild moderation team is the core of the guild, the grease and gears that keep the guild working and moving successfully. This requires constant activity, and in most cases is a full time job that goes without thanks and often without much reward other than the accomplishment of sustaining a running story and concept. Mods must exemplify the rules and laws of the guild, lead by example in all they do, and thus set the example for all current members, past members, and future members. In choosing to accept the mantle of a moderator you are committing yourself to this guild, to keeping it working and making the guild fun. Our jobs are to moderate between rules and fun, functionality and playability, and I expect you to take this as seriously as I do. To this end I will be limiting the number of moderators in this guild to an extreme degree, because I am a firm believer that quality is to be desired above quantity. Twenty moderators are not necessary for a simple job that only one moderator should be able to do by themselves. So, I will have three Vice Captains, and below them will be three Crew members. Each Vice Captain will have one Crew Member that they pick to help them with their duties and activities, and it will be up to that Vice Captain to oversee that Crew Member and ensure they are performing their duties and answering any questions they have. Below is a list of requirements and expectations for the Crew Member and Vice Captain, to show what I expect of you, and below that I will place the list of duties as well as who is responsible for them. [Empty Crew] spots are spots open for application.

Each Vice Captain will have a varying number of employees, which will fluctuate as the number of active members rises and falls. This can mean that people might be fired, and hired, as time passes. By applying here you put yourself into the Pool of Potentials, and as time passes your application may or may not be accepted and your rank raised to Crew for the duration of your term.
Activity Level: (How active will you be?) Vice Captain Desired: (Which Vice Captain will you wish to work under? Motivation: (Firstly, are you willing to do the jobs required, and if so, why? This is important, and the more you put into this the more likely you will be to be selected.) Previous Mod Experience: (Other RP's you've modded in, etc. If you don't have any, say "none". This does not immediately disqualify you from the position, mind you) Known Moderators: (Do you know any of the current mods personally? Like, you've RPed with them before?)

{{::: ~~ƒ~~ Crew Member Expectations and Duties ~~ƒ~~ :::}} → --- By signing on as a Crew Member you are accepting the responsibility to be active every day you possibly can, as well as remain in contact with your Vice Captain. Without communication, there is no grease for the gears to slide on. I expect you to be able to participate at least once a day in activities and jump in on concepts and Ideas. →--- Crew are allowed to create and maintain their own personal Original Characters that need not have impact on the storyline, and in fact are requested, but not required, to remain out of the main plot to give other members the spotlight. This is to break the recurring theme of moderators holding all of the "important" roles to the storyline and giving the little guys no chance to shine. However, only one original character may be made in this regard, and for as long as you are a Crew Member you will not be able to make another. →--- Crew members represent the fingers of the Vice Captain they are in a team with, and are often key to Vice Captains being more aware of what is going on in the guild. For this reason, all Crew Members must adhere to the guidelines and rules of this guild no matter the case, unless given express and public permission by the Captain to do so.

{{::: ~~ƒ~~ Moderator Rewards of Service ~~ƒ~~ :::}} -------------- While it is listed that all members of the Vice Captains and Crew are limited in their original character creations, this may change later one when the guild has become more active. At the moment our interest lies in promoting activity from our own members, ensuring that activity is high before we ourselves take the scene with characters. So keep this in mind. -------------- Original characters will have access to races currently being worked on by Captain and Co Captain, Lanfaer and Tao-Benshin, before any other member is able to access them. Vice Captains are automatically considered Veteran tier, while Crew is automatically considered of the Experienced tier.
