This is sorta personal, but here goes . . .
Last night my v****a randomly started to hurt. It was kind of a burning sensation, and it was agony! I took off my pants and undies to air it out, and that seemed to help, but I'm still concerned. Could this be a symptom of a major problem? I'm not sexually active, so it's probably not an STD. Could it be a yeast infection?

If I had to guess, I would say something got into your urinary tract.
Go see the doctor. Even if it stops hurting, it's important to know what it was so you know what to do in the future (or, if it's something chronic, so that you can actually cure it).

Only a doctor can diagnose for sure. See a doctor because sometimes certain things like UTIs will not go away on their own.

awww, poor sweetie. Go to the doctor, If you haven't already. It sounds more like a urinary tract infection, but it could also be a yeast infection.

Urinary Tract Infection. Definately not a yeast infection, it doesn't burn with that.
