Requirements for setting up the RP

Here are the requirements:

* You must have a picture of the setting of the rp.

* The person who starts the RP's post should start as thus:

First post: The bio of the rp should be the first post and also the rules of what is to happen and not to happen in the RP, also the picture of the setting should be in the first post.

Second post: This is where the people in the RP's profile should be posted so those joins can just look there for who is who.
