Welcome to FEF's second FETO tournament. I am very happy to be running this and I believe this will be very fun. Now then let's-

Don't just not enter because you don't think you'll win! That's no fun! Even if you don't win, you've still gained gold, items and exp for your units.
»→ How it will work:
-There will be TWO brackets you can join; A Promoted Bracket and an Unpromoted Bracket
-First, you have to join. To do that, send me 500g, specifically noting which division you want to join. If you want to join both, send me 1k.
-After enough people join, I will pair you guys up based upon your tourny seed points, in your FETO account, the same way they did for their tournaments, and then post the matchups in this thread.
-After you see your opponent, get in touch with them and decide all the details; when you're going to battle, which map to use, what the weapon level limit will be, and who will make the battle and send the challenge.
-The turn time limit for ALL matches will be 24 hours.
-NO PUSSYFOOTING. I will be monitoring the battles and if I see that by turn 5 nobody has attacked, then you both will lose. I am not even kidding.

What is FETO?
-FETO represents "Fire Emblem Tactics Online" and is an online multiplayer Fire Emblem styled turn-by-turn battling game, which is part of FEP. To play FETO, you need an FEP account, so follow that link to go and make one, if you don't have one and you want to play. You'll likely get an error while registering, so let us know and we'll get it taken care of for you. After that, you just need to go make six characters, after you read all the stuff you need to, to understand the game, and then you'll be ready to play.
How can I fight somebody with my units at such low levels?
-Don't worry, the battle types for this tournament will be TwoRN, which increases hit rates, and Level20 or Level**/20, which augments the units levels and stats to max level, making it fair for all users.
But my weapon levels are still lower, how is it fair?
-Like I said, you and your opponent will decide on the weapon level limit. If a player's lowest character has only E level weapons, then all units will use just E level. If the lowest in either players is D, then they can use D weapons as well as E.
Do my units gain exp in these battle types?
-Yes. Although exp gain is diminished with the Level20 and Level**/20 battle types, you do still gain some. So, even while in a tournament, you're units are getting exp.
