~As Burn comes back from a commercial break Angels music comes over the titantron for about a split second before Angel comes out from the back with his lawyer screaming into the microphone~
"CUT MY CLIENTS MUSIC OFF...THERE IS A MATTER OF SERIOUS IMPORTANCE THAT NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED RIGHT NOW!!!"
~Angels lawyer then motions to Angel who has by this time made his way to ringside. Angel reaches for a second mic and begins to speak~
"So I suppose you all think that this is supposed to be a lesson in humility for me don't you? Well I am here to tell you that I have had my job in EEW unjustly stripped from me due to mediocre officiating."
~The crowd boos Angels every word, knowing that he is just out here delaying the inevitable. why he is not just saying his goodbyes and heading out on his way is beyond them. Angels lawyer then chimes back in~
"If everyone in attendance would kindly turn their attention to the titiantron I will show you proof that Jack Arson did not defeat Angel in last weeks Last Man Standing match, he fell one second short...."EEW Instant Replay CRACK!!!!!~The impact of Arson's chair shot could be heard all over the arena and Angel folds over like a limp noodle as the referee begins his count~ "1" "2" "3" "4" "6" "7" "8" "9" "10!!!" ~Angel was unable to respond to the referee's ten count, but something didn't seem right. The crowd didn't care because as soon as the referee called for the bell it meant Angel would be leaving EEW forever. Angel was literaly out cold as the trainers and EEW officials made there way out to attend to Angel~
"Now even you simple minded morons have to have realized the mistake that the EEW official made in this match, but since I doubt any of you even graduated High School I will tell you anyway. As the referee counted Angel out of the Last Man Standing Match, he forgot to include the number '5' in his count there fore it is my duty as Angel lawyer to ask that the Burn General Manager come out here and reinstate Angel onto the active roster immediatly"
~Both Angel and his lawyer await the gm to make their way out to the ring~

~Ice Cap Remix~EEW owner and GM Glacier Kadamas stepped out to his music once more but unlike the last time he didn't look too pleased as he made his way down to face Angel and his Lawyer in the ring. "This had better be worth my time Angel, in case you havent noticed i'm trying to rebuild a Wrestling Empire here! So... out with it!!"He stood there awaiting a response from either of the men he faced.

~Angel stares down Glacier with a dumbfounded look on his face~
"Well your plainly just as stupid as everyone in attendance tonight. So allow me to make it simple for you. I...WANT...TO...BE...RE-IN-STATED. Shouldn't be that difficult of a decision to make considering the hack job of a referee you hired couldn't even count to ten. I have my lawyer here because if you refuse to reinstaqte me here tonight, you WILL be facing legal action. So what's it gonna be Ice boy?"
~The crowd boos Angel's arrogance. But even they know that Angel has a point. One has to wonder what must be going through Glaciers head as Angel pretty much talks to him like he is slow minded~

Cocky sonofabitch! Glacier thought to himself as he heard Angel's threats of legal action. He knew enough about Angel but lucky for him Angel probably knew nothing about Glacier. With a slow breath he replied.
"Ok... first off is it really wise to try and talk down to a person no... "THE" person who has the power to help you out?"
"Now as for the matter at hand..."
Suddenly Glacier proceed to pull out several sheets from his briefcase and handed it to Angel's lawyer.
"Have your lawyer take a real good look at those Angel. You see you're not the only one who noticed the mess up during your match and as soon as I got back, an investigation was done and yes you are in the right. HOWEVER!!"
He then pulled out a small recording device from his briefcase then motioning to the sheets he gave to Angel's lawyer.
"Those sheets I handed to your lawyer are written copies of testimonials from the the trainers, the officials and the medical crew that treated you that night Angel, I could go into details but i'll just give you the fist of it: you were unresponsive, basically another word for knocked out. According to these people the referee could have counted to 100 and it wouldnt have mattered..."
"Now to be honest, if you would have come to my office and stated your case you would have already been reinstated. But since you decided to come out in the ring and waste not only my time, but the time of these loyal EEW fans and of all things THREATEN me with legal action?! Guess what? With those testimonials and my legal team..."
Glacier snapped his fingers and the titantron flashed up showing an interior view of his office and there all around were 5 lawyers hard at work from the looks of it. Glacier then lowered his mirrored shades looking Angel eye to eye.
"You wanna try legal action against me and EEW? BRING IT ANGEL!! the decision of my referee stands!!"
The EEW crowd was rocking as Glacier was like his name cool as ice, showing no signs of being intimidated by angel's threats. after a few moments the EEW owner raised his shades up before speaking up once more.
"Now if you want back in EEW Angel, I'm a reasonable man, but after this BS, you had better give me a good reason to change my mind..."
With that Glacier began to leave the ring.

"Now THAT is what I call quality entertainment...nicely done there boss."
~The voice could be heard throughout the arena, and everyone knew who he was. The question is, where is he? Jack Arson can now be seen making his way out from the back dressed in his new "******** Clipping, I will Burn Your Wings" T-Shirt. Everyone in attendance knows exactly who that shirt is refering too, as Arson continues to speak~
"You know something Angel, that has always been your biggest problem. You run that ******** mouth too much and get yourself in over your head, and it is up to me to bail you out. Well I can honestly say that this is the last ******** time I am going to do this, and it is only because I want to show you that no matter what kind of bullshit you pull, I always was the better man."
~Jack then looks at Glacier~
"Well boss I do have to say, you definatly do live up to your name around here...and as much as I would love to never see my brother again, he is right. The referee failed to do his job, and I cannot accept that victory over him. Therefore I would like you to ignore the fact that he is a ******** tool and reinstate him so that I can finish what I started because when I beat him again, he wont be able to call a lawyer to review the tape. Because the match I am asking to face my brother in is a Burning Tables Match, where the only way to win the match is to light a table on fire and put your opponent through it. So how does that strike you Glacier?"
~Arson then waits for a response from the gm~

Glacier only shook his head as he slightly facepalmed at the request of the Jack Arson.
"Look you two were the ones who agreed to the stipulation in the first place. Now if you've changed your mind Arson that's fine... I'll reinstate him, but don't come back to me later saying that you changed your mind again."
Glacier then turned towards Angel and his lawyer.
"Ok Angel, you're back in EEW. and as for the match in question, I like it! In fact I want to make it part of of ONE NIGHT STAND!!"
The crowd gave a cheer for the decision as Glacier turned his back toward the 3 men stopping as he made his way to the ropes.
"...I suggest you thank your brother for saving your sorried a**!!"
with that the EEw owner made his leave.
