Personality: Shane is laid back and kind girl. She says that she has the 'emotional structure of a dude', but really she just has thicker skin then most emotionally unbalanced teenage girls. Shane's dramatic and other than being a total biotch at times with the aid of her sharp tougue, Shane is a sweetie. Think of her as a coconut. You gotta break though the hard nastiness of the shell to get to the sweet amazingness underneath. Damian on the other hand is constantly avoiding drama where ever present while his older sister starts it. Damian is a musically talented and talkative kid who, unlike his sister, is athletically skilled. If I must compare him to food, is kind of like a lemon. Cool and seemingly harmless on the outside, but with that first bite you get a mouthful of sour. But the more of it you eat, the less sour it seems.
Biography: Our story begins when Shane and Damian's mother was fourteen. Cadence just came back to Oklahoma City from a California Preforming Arts private school. She met two guys, little did she know that they were really gods and they would soon father the twin children that Cadence would start out hating, then grow to love with all her heart and soul.
Shane and Damian were born in the projects of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their grandparents might of been rich enough to send the two and their mother off to Harvard, but their mother Cadence was a teen mom and that was just unacceptable from the view point the two's politician grandparents so they alienated their daughter in her time of need, only assisting her for medical bills until the twins birth. Cadence was only expecting one, Damian, but while getting an ultrasound for Damian, but the nurse found Shane. Instead of smiling at the new found Shane, but she started crying. Shane and Damian were three months early and their grandparents stuck to their word of only paying for them till birth. Cadence's friends helped pay for the NICU and everything.
Time skip: Three Years.
On the day of the Twin's third birthday, Cadence got a letter in the mail. It had a return address to the New Your City, nothing else. The letter said that Shane and Damian had different father's along with three thousand dollars. The money was a blessing, but the fact that her children were only half siblings was just shocking. She always thought that they had the same one, but the fact that she carried two different men's children at the same time just blew her away.
Time skip two: Ten Years.
Shane and Damian were now living with their godmother, Cecilia. Cecilia was the twin's mother's best friend since she was in 4th grade. One year ago, when the twins were twelve, their mother had died of a gunshot to the head while at a bank. Cecilia knew that the twins were demigods. See, Cecilia was a oracle. Not the one that stays at camp, but a oracle for everyone else. One day Damian's father came to her in person while the kids were at school and told her everything that Shane and Damian's mother took to the grave. He told her to take the twins to Camp Half Blood once they became fifteen. She did so. Surprisingly, no monsters attacked the twins.
Other Information: Damian is naturally skilled with anything that has to do with athletics and instruments. Shane is vocally talented and a natural actress. She was an alcoholic for a while, but her mother's dying knocked her straight out of that.
