Anais sat on the sand staring out to the sea.She sighed and closed her eyes.Her hair changed sides.She smiled and took in the scent.It was the first day of being a daughter of Janus.She smiled and sat on the beach chair.She wasn't waiting for someone.More like...expecting someone.The beach was quite silent for usual.

xxxxxxxxxxDestery made his way down the sanded beach barefoot and looked around. In the water, he wouldn't be touched by water unless he wanted it to. He could control the waves to an extent, not to mention he could turn into a merman. Then again, how fun would that be? The boy sat down in the sand near the waters of the lake, setting his towel beside him. Licking his canine teeth, he stared out at the water, trying to figure out if he should go in or not. A water nymph popped her head out of the water and giggle, waving at him. Looking around, he raised an eyebrow and waved back. Now that was odd. Then again, for half-bloods like him, everything must be odd. The water nymph giggled and disappeared under the water. Wow, this was interesting. Considering a girl had never approached him, much less looked at him, it was weird to have a water nymph, whom was a girl, giggle, wave, and stare at you. Sighing, he laid back in the sand and tried to concentrate on the grains of sand against his back. Should he go into the water, or wait and see if the water nymphs would spot him again? The boy impatiently stood up and waded into the water. When he finally stopped, he was knee-deep in the water and reaching his hand out, hovering above the water just a little. Curiously, he thought of moving a bit of water into his hand. His guts clenched a little, then a few drops of water floated into his palm. Amazed, he brought his palm to his chest and looked at it. This boy was amazed, but maybe, just maybe, he could make a wave. But he had a feeling it would drain his power. So he put the water back into the lake and just watched the tides come in and out, in and out. ________________ ________________

Ever since she had been claimed she was always a bit tireder than usual. She wore a black bikini before she entered the water and ducked underneath it. She hardly seemed to mind the cold water. It woke her up and that's what she needed. When she serviced her white hair remained at the side of her face.

Jayce finally found the beach, he was told about it when he first entered the camp, but never got around to seeing it. As he walked up to the shore he noticed a few campers a few feet away, but decided to ignore them, and sit down to try and figure out what ever he can do."Who is that kid anyway." he mumbled to himself.

xxxxxxxxxxDestery licked his lips, watching the sun set over the water. Only the gods knew how long he was out there, standing and watching the water. A few times he'd gotten into an odd conversation with a water naiad. Once a shark settled at his feet and poor Destery was almost scared shitless. Then he realized the thing only wanted to warm up to him, or something like that. Another time he found himself completely and utterly dry under the water, looking around at the various kinds of animals underwater. The rest of the time, he stood, just thinking. At one time, he was trying to remember his mother. Her face, but it wouldn't be right. It was either stoned, or drunken and red. The times she'd read him stories in his bedroom as a child, with his step-father still clueless of the future. The once known woman would kiss his head, and tuck him in much like he would just float away and wanted him to stay there. One of his favorite memories, though, was one summer day when they were all sitting around the table in the backyard. His mom and step-father having coffee. He was having orange juice. A dog he once had was laying down at Destery's hanging feet and sleeping. What they did? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Just sat and talked with their eyes. It was one of the best moments he'd ever had. Just sitting there with family, even if a member wasn't technically family, and feeling loved and included. It was the best feeling of all. At that moment, he saw a girl wade through the water from the corner of his eye. When she approached and introduced herself, he did the gentlemanly thing and smiled, shaking her hand. Chuckling, he slipped his fingers from her hand and nodded. "I'm Destery, son of Triton. Wow, I hate introducing myself" he said, shrugging. "I guess I could. I'd have to go put a shirt on first, though." The shark returned and settled down at his feet. Great.________________________________

Jayce looked tward the two shaking hands, and exchanging names, he laughed to himself alittle, and though about how nice it was that people could be so nice. He remembered a small memory of when he was only ten when he first meet his friend Kaleb, it was a good memory, and he remembered it often, to keep himself going. He took a deep breath in, and decided to mess around to see what he could do.
He looked hard at the sky,"I think i could fly, i am the Son of the the Sky God." he mumbled to himself as he stared hard at the sky."Common fly or something." he yelled anger in his voice, suddenly it started to pour the rain."Oh, great im a weather man." he sighed. Ω ΩSon of Zeus Ω

The girl smiled.She laughed at his way of saying "Hello".The girl couldn't stop grinning.After the shark came she froze completely.You would expect her to start screaming and run to her cabin.Although she was a daughter of Janus.As well to the fact she was next to the son of Triton.She stopped her trace of thoughts.The shark was just trying to get his attention.as her thoughts seem to start it started to rain."Looks like were in a...wet situation"She laughed.With a small suggestion she took her hands into the water.Her hands surrounding it.With a smile she threw it at his face.Without waiting for a reply she stood under a beach umbrella and waved a stick in the air.She was already quite cold.Anais smiled and waved him over.

Airlia walked slowly to the beach. She figured she could try and make friends, something she sometimes had trouble with around regular people. On her way there, it started to rain. There were a few people who commented loudly on it, so she knew there were people at the beach and she had half a heart to go back, telling herself she could meet new people when she looked better, then she remembered about Aphrodite's blessing.. ha.. no turning back now. She marched onto the beach, feet sinking into the wetish sand. She spotted a few people she could approach, including some boys, but decided to just sit down for a bit. Lia, Lia... your being a chicken! She found a rock anyway and pretended to fret over her hair.

He pointed his finger at the tree a few feet away, and concentrated."common you stupid finger work." he pointed harder, then the wind started to pick up then "BOOM!" lightning struck the tree dead on, and blew it to pieces. Airlia shot up so fast she almost fell backwards What the hell was that?! her question was answered when she spotted a nearby tree--or what used to be a tree--burned to a crisp. lightning..? There was an excited looking boy jumping up and down in what she suspected was accomplishment. He ridiculously sat down, failing miserably not to draw attention to himself. "Was that necessary?!" she called to him.

Jayce looked at the girl with a smile on his face,"I'm sorry i was.... exsperimenting." he said with a little exitement in his voice, wow he couldn't belive it, he could blow crap up.... with LIGHTNING!"Oh this day keeps getting better, and better next think you know i will be flying. he exsclaimed, he pointed his finger at a small rock beside him, and a small current of electricity, ram from the end of his finger to the rock.... then BOOM! the rock got charred, from the heat of the electricty."Haha, im gonna call that my 'Light Gun'." he laughed a few more seconds, then he suddenly felt very light headed, and passed out.Ω ΩSon of Zeus Ω
