It had only been with her for a day or so maybe... but the weight of it within her pocket, and even just the idea of it, was burning a hole in it. Not literally of course... but it felt like it sometimes. Where had it come from? Reaching into her palm, she fingered the object a little. It was warm to the touch. Her pants maybe? Or was the actual object warm?
Anyway, she really needed to find out what it was. Why had it come to her? She did not know a lot of people in the negaverse- but from how she could tell there was one person whom would tell her if they knew. She trusted them, loved them... her older brother was someone she knew she could turn to. He was not the only person she trusted, jsut someone whom was a more seasoned agent.
So, picking up the phone, she typed a quick text message to him that said " U busy? Meet me in tea shop in 20?"

//Be there in 15 - short walk// game the long hand reply, he couldn't quite bring himself to abbreviate like THAT regardless of how he kept his journals.
He closed up his books and rubbed his eyes, hit send on one more application to a local college and then headed for the door.
It wasn't a long walk but at least it was a pleasant one, the sunlight made him blink after the time he'd spent under the florescence, their soft buzzz and the irritating 'flink flink flink' sound from the one that was dying in the hall way had become a sort of white noise all their own.
He pushed through the doors and took a deep breath and the rich aroma, despite the warmth outside he still enjoyed the cozy feel within, thank heavens for AC. He glanced around to see if he could see her, and if not would move to find a table and wait.

He was there before her, the shop was closer to him than it was her. Plus she found herself having a hard time remembering where it was... her mind elsewhere, she found herself on more than one occasion taking the wrong road. Finally arriving, she looked around until she caught sight of the man with blue hair, shuffling towards him slowly. Settling down in the chair across from him, a tall chair made of twisted metal with a leaf design, she gave him her usual smile-greeting.
"Thank you for meeting me so suddenly i uhm, i wasnt sure who else i could ask." She was about to pull the crystal out of her pocket, when the waitress came by and asked for their orders. Lyra ordered a club soda, with blueberry flavoring in it. She did not feel like having tea ironically.

"Not at all." He assured her, wondering it it was some problem she was having at the dorms, he pondered arranging accidents for anyone who pressed her too hard on the bully front.
He in turn ordered a tea but also a cinnamon scone to go with it... he'd share if she was interested of course, the scones were enormous.
Waiting till the waitress had taken their order and departed he turned back to her and tipped his head just slightly, quietly waiting for her to continue.

She would for certain ask about the scone, weird word at that... she wondered what this 'scone' was. It was like cone with a spare s, making it was cone shaped? Though something as large as a cone seemed odd to have in such a small bakery... maybe it wasn't traffic cone sized.
Major mind derailing over, she looked into his face and saw curiosity, patience, and.. perhaps a little hint of fear? She normally did not call him out so randomly, and last time it was to tell him she had met Ares and Castor.
"Well.. the other day. I asked Ever if he would come with me and help me find a senshi to test my shield on. I did not want to go alone in case something went wrong." Hopefully that would calm his nerves, she was being cautious.
"And..well." Biting her lip she looked around, slipped a hand in to her pocket, and brought her hand back out. Placing a balled fist on the table she looked up at him again. "I found this." Opening her palm slightly, she revealed the shimmering Blood Red crystal within. Hopefully only in his line of gaze.

His eyes widened, lit up like lanters in the small shop as he fought an inner war not to move, not to show the thundering beat of the heart in his chest at what lay in her hand. "Sabine.... Put that carefully away, hide it like it was as precious as your own star seed, because..." the words because it is, very nearly spilled forth too easily, but he thought she would take them Ill.
"What you have there, is so.... Rare and precious, I can't begin to say." he said barely a whisper between them. Red, it was even brighter and more vibrant a red than his own. "We, we have to report it to..." he stopped, later, he would say later. "We have to discover it's secrets... If it has bonded to you...then". He shook his head a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth, they has another.... Another Crystal.

"Secrets?" She could not help herself, she thought it was a ordinary crystal after all. "Bonded? Zac what exactly... is it?" SOmething so rare and precious as he said, and yet she knew nothing about it.
Her eyes flicked down at the crystal and back up at Zacs expression a few times before she gave a single nod. Closing her hand around the object once more, she slipped it back in to her pocket without another thought. "Is it really that rare? I kind of just... found it on accident. It's a pretty color isnt it....almost blood red." That came to mind because when she found it, a few blood streams were falling down her knee's from her torn stockings. It was the same color.
"So i was right not to show any one then..."

"I know of only a few others, that we...that -we- have another one... it is, it's beyond words for me to describe, the queen revealed herself last halloween, as did...what I can only assume was some shade of the Senshi queen in order to order the capture of the FIRST crystal found...which I will... lead you to later... only one other of us has one such, and now you...you make a third." He gripped her hand eagerly and his eyes alight with a terrible enthusiasm.
"It is...beyond amazing, you have to guard it with your LIFE...we... we have to find a way for you to keep it safe."

"....Three? There are only three with.." Looking around, she made sure no one was listening. "Us?.... How many do 'they' have? Or so you guess?" She figured there were many more hidden. Maybe Zac knew something more.
"What are they... for? Or do we need to talk to that um... you mentioned someone else.. should we discuss this later?" She felt her face turn red, not from embarassment just from happiness that she did something right for a change.
"..I guess storing it in my pocket, or the sash of my.... outfit." Of course she meant the bow wrapped around her hips as Ammolite. "Is not good enough then.. i had it with me when we uhm. Had that talk in front of the door."

"I don't know... three...maybe? Four if we're unfortunate, it's vital that we get as MANY as we can, if you find someone with one please...tell me immediately he said emphatically as his head whirled with ways to keep it safe and with her. He might have to ask the General queen if there was any way for her to bind it to something as he had his own. The problem was of course that for the most part...senshi were was secretive about the crystals as he was.
"K...keep it down your uniform shirt if you have to...somewhere that it won't be reached for casually alright? It's not as though they can reach for your star seed." He was almost jittery with energy, he HAD to know what it did, just had to... it was like an unopened book with unknown secrets inside, all they had to do was pick the lock.

"..So you guess its around even now?" She thought on that... wondering if they really -knew-. The negaverse was tight knit, so she figured it might be common knowledge soon that SOMEONE had one. She wondered who the other two were.
She will probably only tell those she trusts... her list of people she trusted was growing larger, but maybe only those she -really- trusted. Or maybe only use it when needed and explain later. She would...think of something.
SHe couldnt help but snort out a laugh. "ide put it in my bra, because i doubt people would think to look THERE. " But in Fuku it was most secure in that bow... for now. She did not know that no one could reach into the hole in her chest except for another corrupted senshi yet. "Who knows so much about these? Would you.. take me to them?"

"I will!, believe me I shall" He nodded emphatically and leaned back just in time for the food to be set onto the table. The scone was a lovely lightly golden brown on top and the bits of cinnamon chips peeked out at the edges and small corners. Her drink was set down, and then his and then the waitress smiled her way away again for the time being.
He took a knife and cut the scone in half and offered her it, "A toast..." He said with a sharks grin. "To things discovered."

Looking down at the scone, she lifted her nose a little. "...It looks...interesting." She still took half though, and poked at it. Taking the object, she ripped off a piece and nibbled on the corner. It was....sweet. And bready. Yet somehow crunchy?
"...This is tasty." She mummbled, stuffing the piece into her mouth.
"...But... Why would we need toast with this?"

"...nn....no... let me explain." And so he did, an strange change of topic from Crystals...to toasting, as opposed to 'toasting', and after that the small joys of scones and all their goodness.
A great many good things for one day.
