Astra had found herself floating about the open house area, moving from booth to booth and not staying more then 5 minutes upon each one, quickly becoming distracted by other booths in the area. She was glad she had been able to enjoy the open house area and was sad that it would be coming to a close soon. She hadn't finished looking at everything!
not to mention that she had completely neglected her job of being a 'guide' for one of the guests, and had been unable to locate him since. She had been trying to find him though, really! But as soon as she became focused enough on her task, she would see one of the booths was doing something and would then forget about it and go over to see what was happening.
At this moment, she had migrated back to the library, needing to take a quick break from all the distracting booths.

The open house was still going but it would end soon enough. Mitsu found this is would a good time to retreat back to her room. After a day of being scratched, bitten, mauled, and mostly just abused by smaller creatures she was ready for a break. She had the few items she had procured in her hands puzzling over the ones she had gotten from the mini-pet booth. She had traded one and gotten a collar of some sort but the other was a feather and a fang or tooth. What was that supposed to be?
It was over her puzzling that she realized that she was heading to the library. Looking up only now realizing where she was the lupine decided the steps would be a good place to rest before she continued. Her leg was still pretty sore after all.
Sitting down gingerly the werewolf had a look around to see who was in the area. As far as people she knew there weren't....any. Though her eyes did settle on a figure heading toward her, a fairy it seemed. That was certainly a creature she had never seen before. Those wings..they were so pretty.

As she was flew by a pair of books trying to kill each other even though they were both tied up, she noticed a white haired ghoul was close by, and it seemed she was watching her...well, she wasn't to sure. She couldn't see the ghoul's face due to the black mask she wore. That was odd, she didn't know anyone who wore a mask like that, nor did she know of any monsters who were known to do so.
Being the curious fairy that she was, she opted to go and see why she was wearing a mask, but her eyes soon noticed the bandages that were on mitsu's arm and legs. That didn't seem right either...
"Ah! what happened to your leg?" The fairy asked mitsu once she was close enough, hovering in the air so she wouldn't be stuk looking up.

Mitsu seemed to realize she was staring when the fairy approached, her masked gaze averting away. "I...I got scratched by cannon cats.....a..and bit by rapalicious," she stuttered trying to explain in a hurry. "I..I'll be okay." Though she had to sit down shortly after saying that. Her stance really wasn't all that steady.
This was a chance to socialize though right? Something Mitsu really wasn't all that good with yet. Should she say something? But what would she say? She knew nothing about the fairy in front of her. Instead the lupine remained silent, puzzled over what to do staring at the items in her hand but not really seeing them.

Even though she did not know this ghoul, Astra did feel a little bad at hearing how badly she had been injured by a bunch of minipets. She assumed the rapalicious was one too since she had not heard of that particular type before.
It was hard to believe the wolf ghouls words, considering she didn't seem all to steady on her feet as she sat down. The fairy approached her, noticing she was now playing with something in her hands, some sort of feather and claw? "Is that...a minipet?" She asked mitsu whom now seemed more intent on looking at the items then at her

Mitsu didn't know what to do when the fairy decided to stick around. Her masked gaze turning back up toward the girl she gave a slight nod. "I-I think so. I got it at the mini-pet booth." Though the wolf girl was in for quite the surprise when it decided to turn. She had no idea what was in store.
Tilting her head a bit Mitsu spotted the books in Astra's hands. If there was anything Mitsu did like to read, though mostly she was given books on subject matter, sciences, and the like. 'Expand your mind' Mr. Adolphus would always tell her. Not that they weren't amusing in their own right but Mitsu enjoyed fantasy though she hardly got to read any. "W-what books do you have?" She asked curiously.

The minipet booth huh? That was run by professor malcom. She had heard about the big maze with the... raptor somethings in them, and how ferocious they could be, so she had decided to give the place a very, very ,very wide berth. And if the wolf ghoul had gotten the minpet from there...well, she might be in for some trouble...
"Oh! my books?" Astra held up the three books she had been carrying, placing them on a nearby desk so she could show Mitsu. One of them was titled "101 FEAR candy recipes", another called "cooking recipes for dummies" and the third was called. "How to prevent a dragon from eating you".
"The first two I hope will give me some extra ideas for making more candies for my pets" Astra explained. "The other one..umm it's just some reading for when I'm bored..."

Mitsu turned curiously toward the books her ears perking a little. "T..they have recipe books for FEAR candy? I didn't know you could make them yourself." Though, Mitsu wasn't completely sure about her ability to cook. She had never tried it before without making a mess of things and being kicked out of the kitchen.
Her eyes then settled on the third book, her head tilting curiously at the title. That was a heck of a book to be reading out of boredom. It sounded useful she supposed. Mitsu had heard there were a few dragons on campus, a few of them undead. She had met a red dragon at the fitness booth but he didn't seem like he was going to eat anyone.
Ignoring the third for now Mitsu looked back at the other two books. "So you make FEAR candies then?" Even if her face couldn't be seen the tone of her voice make it sound like she was interested.

"Yup! I didn't know they could either, but then I went to professor malcom's class, and he taught us how to do it!" Astra puffed herself up looking proud of her accomplishment. So far, she felt like this was the only useful thing she had learned in school. Well, besides her botany classes, which to her were very useful and fun. But then controlling her FEAR was a little higher up on her priority list, so minipet training just seemed to be one of the best classes so far. She felt it was also ironic that she was learning the most from a class that didn't have anything to do with scaring humans or fighting.
"I'm nowhere near as good as malcom is" She continued, noticing how mitsu seemed to be interested. "But he said that making fear candy for our pets is better then just buying them. And you get to experiment with different flavors and everything. It also makes them much happier too. The only hard thing is being able to control your fear." Which ended up being the most hardest, since they had needed to be in a group in order to get the right amount of FEAR needed. So when she had attempted making the stuff it..didn't turn out as well as it did in class, but she hoped she was getting better!

"Malcom....he was the one at the mini-pet booth." Mitsu seemed to remember, he was the one that had given her first aid after all. "T-that seems pretty useful. I hope I get to learn something like that." Lizzy had told her about the mini-pet training class and that it would probably be a good idea since she was struggling to control Milo. Though Mitsu kept hearing the same thing over and over again. She lacked confidence.
Mitsu listened intently as the fairy explained about the FEAR candies only realizing when she was done that she hadn't introduced herself. She had never known herself to be so rude before! "I-I'm sorry. I didn't introduce myself." Mitsu said shyly. "I-I'm Mitsu."

"I'm sure you'll get to learn cool stuff like that" Astra assured her. "You just got to keep going to classes and study hard" Well, at least thats what she told herself...
"And My name is Astra" She then introduced herself after she had learned mitsus name. "Thats a really cool name. Are you new here?" she was becoming curious about the other ghoul since she had never met her before now, and since she was talking she would try to find out as much as she could.

Well, studying wasn't hard. Mitsu knew how to study. She usually did really well in classes and on tests. It was just...applying what she learned to an actual situation that she struggled with. In a sense she was more of a bookwyrm than anything.
"T..thanks." The lycan nodded, a little embarrassed by the compliment on her name. She did her best to store Astra's name away in her memory for later. The ghoul seemed rather nice. "I-I just started. T-They told me open house would be a good chance to look through the clubs." But she had greatly underestimated the crowd...and biting creatures. "I..I think I'm ready to go back to the dorm though." Mitsu said looking down at her bandaged arm and leg.

Ah, so she had just started! "Did you decide on join any particular clubs?" Astra asked. She might have decided to join the fitness club which would be cool, or maybe she joined another one. Speaking of clubs..perhaps she should sign up for something else? She might have already been in one club, but it couldn't hurt to go to some more!
"Oh, erm, do you...need help getting back to your dorm?"Noticing the wolf ghoul glancing down at her leg as she spoke of going back to her dorm, The fairy opted to offer some assistance encase she did need it. Although it would be hard for her...she would find some way to manage!

"I..I don't know yet. I looked over a few of the clubs." With effort Mitsu tried to get back to her feet from her sitting position. "M..might join fitness.." Maybe it would help with her confidence somehow since everyone seemed keen to point out that was her problem.
"I..I don't want to be a bother..." Mitsu said softly. Not that she didn't think the little ghoul could help but she didn't want to pull her away from any of the activities she had planned on doing.

"Fitness is a great club! theres all kinds of stuff to do, and it's not just a hole bunch of boys who do stuff, theres lots of ghouls in it too! And they dont' always win either, cause I wont he free for all paintball match!" Astra puffed herself up looking proud, then noticed mitsu trying to get up
"Nonsense! you're no bother" Astra floated up so she was right behind mitsu, taking one arm and tried to pull her to her feet. It looked though as Astra was struggling to lift the wolf ghoul, her wings beating so fast there was a audible hum in the air as she turned red with the effort of trying to lift her.
