Runner Equipment
Weapon Of Choice: Pair of wakizashi blades/ Carbon fiber Hanbo
Clothing: Ric uses slightly worn out bullet proof vest on top of a t-shirt. He mainly uses shorts (usually with flame/tribal pattern) but he can also be seen using similar sweat pants.
He wears old snowboarding goggles with neon blue acrylic glass and white frame, most of the time they are hanging from the strap but sometimes he actually uses them. On his forehead he wears head band with ying yang symbol.
Etc: The snowboarding glasses are made of bullet proof plastic, the wakizashi are semi authentic made by a real smiths disciple:

Looks: Ric is an average size teenager (around 175cm/slim build). He looks weak but his legs have surprisingly lot power stored in them which was built by his dad's natural jumping training.
His hair is dark brown the same way as his eyes are. His skin is slightly tanned.
Personality: He is calm and determined personality. Albeit being calculative he still smiles a lot and enjoys life. However, around girls he gets impatient and hyper active. His never had a girlfriend and he is rather nervous when meeting a new female/being with a girl in privacy.
Background: He grew up with his father (private detective) in small apartment close to the Southern Quadrants border. Considering the location, it is not surprising that he equally trained outside in the woods as he did in the apartment building surroundings. Peoples of this area are usually considered "hicks" in areas closer to the heart of Tempest city but they shine brightly when it comes to skills. Ric was given the nickname "monkey king" when he was 15 (partly derived from the Chinese legend; partly from the parkour climbing guru Jyoti Raju) his skills in climbing and running are widely known in the Southern Quadrant, there is literary no place he can't reach in his block. However, unlike the children of other parts of Tempest city he hasn't had many chances to practice drops from great heights. His parental roots are somewhere in north Europe. His father was native and her mother was a Korean immigrant. However, they moved to Tempest city before he was born. His mother taught him taekwondoo until she passed away, which is after he tried to maintain his skills by practicing alone. Her mothers last words were "Live a happy life" which is why he maintains his smile and positive attitude in life even when times get rough. He lately moved into the Northern Quadrant's area, close to the center of the city. For his purposes Eastern Quadrant might have been better place, but it pays a lot more to live there. And to add, what would be better place to make black money than Northern Quadrant?

Clothing: Aliza normally wears whatever she can. A basic shirt and pair of jeans is what she is seen wearing most of the time. Though when Aliza is running around the city as a rouge she looks completely different. When she is on a mission. Aliza wears a bandage over her left eye and rather reliving clothing.
Etc: Puts a red X on her right cheek when she hurts someone badly and loves dancing.

Looks: Aliza has long straight blonde hair that goes down to the lower part of her back. She is a rather small girl, her height hitting 5'4 but it works out to her advantage due to the fact that she's a tracker. Her weight is only 96 pounds, has light honey brown eyes and fair skin.
Personality: Aliza is a very difficult person to read. It is never known what is on her mind or what she's thinking of doing. She always shocks those around her and doesn't stop to surprise. Aliza can be rather flirty if she wishes but most of the time its only to get someone to do something for her or if she needs to use someone. Aliza doesn't show much affection towards others but only to a selective group of people.
Background: Aliza was born in New York City along with her twin brother Aaron. Their mother was a runaway teenager who was unfit to take care of the twin and died in child birth. Since their father was unknown the twins were put in foster care. From a young age the twins learned the cold and curl world as they moved from house to house most of their life. When the twins were only 12 years old they were separated. Aaron was sent to a rather wealthy family while Aliza was sent to a lower class family were she ran away at the age of six-teen. During her time on the streets she did what little she could for money in the beginning but lucky landed a modeling job in which they only took photos of her face, she turned down everything else. Aliza hoped by doing the modeling her brother might come and find her but he never did. She joined the DareDevils a year after she ran away and developed a home there.
