The snow drifted down slowly, the wind cascading with the snow along the samurai that stood in the midsts of Yukigakures Grand Arena! Wait! Samurai! Why is there a samurai- No, it was not a samurai. Though, the exact same armor was worn by this man. A large, bandaged weapon was held by this man as is fierce cyan eyes glared at the door, a smirk evident on his face, his chocolate hair unphased by the wind.

About 5''2 maybe stepped in with a smile. "Kirin-san's my opponent? Well, this should be pretty fun," A boy named Meran said in a cheerful tone as he came near the center of the huge dome-shaped arena. "Ladies first," He taunted.Chakra pool: 660/660

Kirin smiled and in a second, he as flying forward, his feat covered in red-hot flames as he threw it towards Meran's face. "Rule numero uno: Never et your guard down in the face of a superior opponent!" He spat, his oice loud and roaring, commanding.

Starting to feel a hot sensation, he thought about lowering his arms for a quick second, but endured the burning, trying to push the Yukikage back with his jacket sleeves singeing away.Chakra pool: 660/660

Blind strike! From the right, came the fully wrapped Samehada. Though, unwrapped it was much more safe for just testing the strength of Meran, and unless he so chose he'd keep his chakra, making this a much more complicated match for Kirin, though it didn't mean that Meran had much of a chance. Not at all...

From his right flank, Samehada came straight at his head, so Meran rolled back as fast as he could, barely being able to move away from Kirin's course with his sword, Meran sighed in relief. "I thought I was going to be done for in the first couple minutes!" Meran formed a series of handsigns and a couple of wooden planks emerged from the left side of his body and in a moderate amount of time shaped into an exact replica of the boy, hard as wood. "Mokuton: Moku Bunshin no Jutsu." The wood clone ran at Kirin, unsheathing his weapon and slashing relentlessly at him while the real Meran preformed another jutsu. He bit his thumb and weaved more handsigns, slamming his hand onto the snow-filled arena and summoned the pack of Ninken, Drackun, Krakun, Nakun, Blakun, Jackun, Cajkun, and Kakun. As the seven dogs appeared from a poof of smoke, they looked around at both of the fighters in the arena. The head of the dog pack, Kakun, spoke for all of them. ". . .******** this. Your on your own, kid." With that, the dogs disappeared and Meran stood there, dumbfounded and his eyes wide and angry. "Hey! Where the hell are you guys going!? Hey! HHEEYY!!" He yelled as they poofed away.Chakra pool: 650/660

Kirin couldn't help but laugh wildly, dodging the strikes of the clone with ease. Crack! Kirin had spun, smashing Samehada into the clone, causing it to splinter. And then... booom! It was sent off, flying into the walls of concrete as Kirin put a hand on his forehead, laughing almost hysterically. "Summons are loyal! They will never betray another of their pact. And, besides, I'm their Sage! They would take my side, before yours." He slid his hand down his face, crouching low and both hands on Samehada. The three-clawed black marking across his face making him look ferocious, even with such determined, calm blue eyes. And in a blink, he was off and above Meran, spinning once before coming down wit force. The only person that really could match his speed was Kogu, though he was pretty sure most of the other Kage's would be able to, but only slightly. This was one of the Yonbi's gifts to him.

He quickly spun his head around and didn't see him anywhere...Where could he have gone? Meran looked above him and saw Samehada coming down straight at him, so he tried to block Samehada with a really bad effort at doing so, seeing that if you compared these two combatants, Meran's like a Genin to Kirin's Kage-leveled strength, possibly even higher with a tamed demon..((OOC: Ignore the CP in my last post, error and too lazy to change. The sword smashed hard on Meran's arms, with enough power to smash into a tree. "Fact! Samehada is made of cartilage. You know what that means, right?" Kirin asked, staring into Meran's eyes with a calm demeanor and his own eyes sensitive. His heart was in this battle, and not for winning either.

He hadn't really payed too much attention to it being made of cartilage, just in the chakra absorption department. This was the part where he unintentionally under-estimated the strength of the Yukikage. The attacking power of Samehada made Meran fall hard onto the snow, rolling back and face-first in the snow. He kinda struggled in getting up, but he stood with a painful grin. "Ow...Eheheh..Y-You got me there, Kirin-san..." Meran gripped his blade and tried to be on guard incase of any more attacks from Kirin.Chakra pool: 620/660

Krrin smiled and leaped back, doing so until he was far on the other side. He held Samehada with both hands to his right side. One foot behind him, his left leg in front of his body, bent, so that he could get a good running start low to the ground.

He looked back and saw a piece of wood laying right behind him to the left, then back at his opponent, gripping tighter to his weapon looking close for any extra movement. Chakra pool: 620/660

You can try anything, but you wont touch my friends!" Meran was in danger of taking the hit from Samehada, but he swapped places with himself and the log using the Change of Body Stance Technique. He fleed to the back side of Kirin --About 6 feet away from him and formed handsigns, slamming his hand into the ground and a head of an old man's head made of pure water with shark-like teeth appeared right below the Yukikage in an attempt to swallow him. If not swallow, atleast wrap his tongue around him for a second attempt of doing so. Chakra pool: 595/660

Kirin smirked and let Samehada out, the wraps discarding from the top of flowing down towards the bottom as he cut clean through the water mass. Kirin smirked and turned around to face Meran, holding his sword with a tight doulbe-handed grip. "You ready for this?"
