*drops off some crit*
Writing: As someone else who has the 'writing' hobby, and just in general from an critiquing standpoint, I'd stay away from saying "Most Amazing". In her mind, perhaps they're the best ever, but that doesn't necessarily mean that other characters will, or would think the same if they had the chance to read them. Additionally: has she ever typed them up and tried to find an agent to look into publication? (An agent would be necessary, as most publishers, unless she self publishes, won't read manuscripts that don't come via an agent. If she does any of these, including casually sharing: How does she feel about people who don't agree with her fondness for her own writing?
Virtues: -On a totally random tidbit: Most cats are (surprisingly) lactose intolerant. Cream would actually probably make them kind of sick. ((not sure if this applies to Mauvians, but it does to 'normal' cats.)) Perhaps she puts out kibble and water instead? Also how does she feel if a parent tells her NOT to give their child a lollypop? Although she's listed as kind, some of her flaws give me the impression that something like "Snappish" or some negative variant of "strong opinions" might be an excelent flaw for her, and that she has the potential to bristle when contradicted. Might be an interesting trait to consider?
Flaws:
Shy: This seems to contradict with her owning a high 'people content' job in retail. How does she cope with the need to be around people in the store and deal with customer service? Especially since customers can be really rude. ((I used to work in a bookstore. X_X I've been cussed out by a parent because it was clearly my fault as an employee that we were sold out of a book for their child's summer reading, which had to be read by the next day because their kid waited that long to tell them.)) Her current thing where she largely deals only with children really makes me wonder why her store, and her job isn't more directly targeted toward them, since they seem to be where she's most comfortable.
Overprotective: This is the flaw that made me take note that she might have a really bristly side, and also raised some questions. The way it's currently written: I kind of have to assume she assumes that all book damage is deliberate when it's coming from an adult. Book damage happens, and can even happen before books hit the store. We used to have to send whole boxes back because some pretty amazing things happened to them, including a forklift spike going through a box and pretty much mauling everything in it's path. Operator error most likely, but the damage is still incredible, but you can't really blame the truck driver for something another, not present employee of the shipping company did.
Kids are also notorious book destroyers, more so than their adult counterparts, and had a terrible history of opening and coloring the coloring books, ripping pages, and making a mess.
Parents also tend to get really upset if you discipline their kids for them, and may immediately get up her grill if she stops their child to explain what they did wrong, and since not all parents are rational about their children, she'll also have to face parents who, regardless of the evidence, will insist THEIR precious baby wouldn't have destroyed the book, even if they're standing there with a crayon in one hand and a ripped page in the other. Kicking adults out over an accident could cost her customers, and so could these kind of parents.
For that matter, how do such tiny terrors affect her love of children?
Oblivious: This trait also makes it sound like she could have some real problems delivering good customer service and that she can be prickly. In a retail environment you have to be aware of the customers, who will remember it if you get snappish at them for asking for the help you're there to provide, and they'll tell their friends. It also means she's at a higher risk for merchandise loss due to shoplifting.
These potential traits could do a lot to really hurt her business, and that potential customer loss should probably be taken into account going forward. This isn't necessarily saying that they can't be made to work with her job, but they'll definitely make it more challenging, so be sure you want this level of challenge from this character.

When I looked over this profile, I noticed that the vast majority of it revolves around Jessie's obsession with books. All but one of her virtues involve her books. Every flaw she has relates to her books. While it's nice to have a quirk or two to make a character more unique, it's going to be much more constructive to talk about how her personality affects her life and her peers in general -- not just when it comes her books!
Right now Jessie's profile talks mainly about her relationship with her books -- this is too specific and you character's depth suffers for it. I have no idea how Jessie is going to act in an RP that doesn't take place in a bookstore, or in a situation that doesn't involve books at all. In order for it to be a viable profile, you have to give us a good idea of how she might relate to other characters. I'm not seeing much of that here because her book obsession is in the limelight instead of how she interacts with other people.
Everything that's specifically about books and how she deals with them should go into a hobby (e.g. replace or rename and expand on her Reading hobby.) Then you can work on giving her virtues and flaws that work in a wider variety of situations.
I'd also try and give her hobbies other than reading and writing, because they're incredibly common in RP profiles and don't do much to make Jessie seem unique or interesting. The fact that she has an interest in books past just reading them is a good start, though! You just need to pull away from it a bit so it isn't the singular thing she has going for her. c:
