 Grape floated gently above the pond water looking at her reflection, watching her body swerve and twist. She was bored, and at the moment that was the only thing she could thing of that was entertaining in the least. As her white fur on her whiskers touched the pond water, ripples disrupted the images and she sighed. She was really bored.
The pond was a shining blue, and the clovers surrounding the pond a bright healthy green. It seemed as if the pond glowed in the darkness, just as Grape's own colors did. "Hmmm..." Grape hummed as she floated to a bed of clovers to rest on. It was late, the sun had gone down hours ago, but she was still plenty awake. Not hungry, not tired. Put plenty bored.
"Hmm..." She said again, trying to go back to sleep. Resting her head on the clovers, she relaxed her body and laid perfectly still, the only sign that she was even alive was her moving chest and the clovers moving gently from the force of her breath.

"Hm, I think this might be the latest I've stayed out." Ryuujin mused to himself as he walked through the grass. The tiger had no real destination in mind. It was just a random direction he headed off in to wander for the day, not really paying attention to the passage of time.
Eventually his trek lead him to a large pond in the distance. His ears perked as he paused momentarily, watching for any sign of an inhabitant around. This cautiousness didn't last, the male soon trotted over to the bright body of water, his stump of a tail wiggling slightly behind him. Approaching the water, he bent down at the edge, peering at his reflection. He didn't see the dark dragon nearby as he took a few laps of the cool liquid, and the thought of anyone around didn't cross his mind. After quenching his thirst, he backed away from the edge a short distance. A rumble escaped from his throat as he took off into a run. Once at the edge of the lake, he leaped out and landed into the water with a splash.
