anyway, If you got the latest update Nintendo, if you do any piracy, can indeed Brick your system in other words, make your system go *dead* and they cant even fix this..for more check out the link here ^-^

If you actually read he notice on the "I Accept/I Decline" page when updating it tells you that. It says: "Important! After the Nintendo 3DS menu is updated, any existing or future unauthorized technical modification of the hardware or software of your Nintendo 3DS system, or the use of an unauthorized device in connection with your system, will render the system permanently unplayable and result in removal of unauthorized content. Failure to accept the update may render games unplayable."
So, yeah, they be playin' hardball now.

The kid gloves are off on piracy and "cheat" devices, this means the end of Action Replay for 3DS. or the prevention of it. and also for "homebrew" programs.
