After going through the ups and downs of the past few weeks, Lizzy finally found herself going back to her 'normal' routine - a morning run/jog/walk followed by a long relaxing shower, and then classes, if any. Right now, she was seated under a tree by the side of the path leading to the demon dorms, leaning against the trunk of the tree, still dressed in a tank top and shorts from her morning exercise.
She was staring into space, just watching the clouds drift about in the dark sky; while there was a pretty blank expression on her face, her mind is still working. Honestly!

As far as routines went Aurel was far from having one. He was still trying to get used to sleeping inside though his room had essentially turned into a forest - you know, minus things actually growing and the connection to the earth and all that junk. It didn't feel right to the Leshy, so he spent most of his time outside more often than not - unless he had to be somewhere.
So far his adventures here at Amityville had been...interesting and he couldn't find himself complaining too much. He was learning a lot - even though the things he was learning were things he should have known all along.
Currently, it was lunch time for the demon. Lunch meant heading into the forest with his bow and arrow and finding him some kind of nice deer to kill if he was lucky. A rabbit would do in a pinch. Anything, really. He was starving.
All he could think of was that succulent meat and the delicious feeling of his stomach being full. In fact, he was so consumed in that thought he didn't notice a vacant staring ghoul standing against his tree. This, obviously, was not conductive to hunting - not noticing things, that was. Aurel continued on into the forest, large branch-like wings (full of leaves, at that point) brushing against Lizzy as he passed. Actually, more like thwapping her in the face. Oops.

While her mind was awake, she was too absorbed with her thoughts to actually pay attention to her surroundings. Thus, when something hit her on her face and brought her back to reality, she squeaked and squeezed her eyes shut. When she finally realized that there was in fact, nothing attacking her face, she opened one eye... And came to stare at... Branches? When did those-
Looking up, she realized that these branches were from a boil a short distance away; he seemed about as preoccupied as she had been a moment ago before her 'rude awakening', and she hesitated, not quite sure if she should call out to him at all. After a second's pause, she decided to find out more about this mysterious boil (since she had never seen him around before, he might be a new student?) and called out, "Um, hey?"
