i'm confused on how to link them to a page or anything to comment , add , or message ! i have the buttons on my profile but if you click on them nothing happens ! i'm extremely confused help please !

If you have a mule, you can get most of the links you are asking. The only one you are going to have problems is the add friend, which is this link:

The account number is the number of the accounts made. Mine is 23484999. You can find it by going to your profile and copying the number at the end of the link.
Now, for buttons, just go to Add>>Navigation>>Button and chose your button. Then click on the button and you will get a menu. Link is so you can put a link that when clicking causes you to go to an other page. Make sure that it always stays on "Open New Window" because that is the only way it seems to work on Gaia. That, or I am just not smart enough to figure out how to make it work better.
And Edit is so you can make it say whatever you want. Like Add Friend, Post, PM, ext. The other options are pretty self-explanatory.
