Biography: Crimzon was an orphan all her life and when she stumbled upon the mansion Zane decided to take her in and call her their sister. In turn she earned the tittle Vampiriss and got a high status among the vampires. The vampires approve of her even though she is still human, and they also approve because her eye don't look human at all. Like all vampires look like she was born with read eyes and no human family wanted her when she lived among the humans. So now they know her as the vampire defender, she loathes vampire hunters and is keeping the secret of their existence away from the human race. As she soon found out the night is much more to her liking anyways so she sleep during the day and wakes at night. If anyone treats her terribly Zane will have his way with them. Over time they learned all magic could not harm her, which was odd in a sense. Zane suspects though she is more then meets the eyes. She also has odd sense of powers of her own often hearing and seeing things others can not.

Biography: Akemi doesn’t remember much of her parents or family besides vague flashes of a kind and gentle female voice, a deep but caring male voice, a sense of safety and love, and laughter. She remembers a strange sense of sadness also that is somehow associated with her family. She wandered for years, never settling down or really coming to care much for anyone else. She came and went as she wanted, appearing and causing mischief plus at times mayhem before disappearing once more. She never allowed herself to become attached to anyone until the day that she found a small child out in the middle of the forest during a fierce storm. She took the child somewhere dry and warmer and stayed til the small girl was better. Akemi took Star back to the nearby village and was about to leave when she heard shouting. She snuck through the shadows til she found the source and became angered at what she found. The villagers were yelling and screaming at the small girl, calling the human child ‘a monster’ and blaming her for all the bad things that kept happening. At the first sight of them throwing stones at the defenseless, the demoness stepped in. The red headed woman was a terrifying sight with flames swirling around her and a snarl on her face. She cursed the villagers before spiriting Star away from there. Since then, the child has stayed by the demoness’ side and was protected fiercely by the elder. The demoness seems drawn to the mansion in the woods now.

Personality: Akemi is very energetic and loves to have fun. She has a habit of causing mischief, but she does know when to be serious. She uses her abilities as a Trickster demoness to her advantage. She has a soft spot for fox kits and children. If she decides to protect someone, she does so with all her ability. She is very protective of Star and gets very dangerous when the child is threatened.

Biography: Star was an orphan. Her mother died in child birth, and her father killed himself when she was six. She continued to live in her family home with the other villagers bringing her food and such, but none of them offered to take her in. Most believed that she was the cause of her parents’ deaths. They thought she was strange in how quite she was and the intelligence that glowed in her eyes, one that was more than should be seen in one so young. Life continued like that for a while til bad things started happening. Random fires, bad crops and sickness struck the village without a reason. The villagers became angry and looked for something to blame, and they came to one conclusion, the small girl that was the cause of her own parents’ deaths or so they believed. They chased her out of the village and into the woods during a bad storm. Akemi was the one that found her in the forest. The strange woman took care of the small child before taking her back. Only a few minutes after being back in the village, the small girl was being yelled and screamed at. She was terrified til Akemi reappeared, and instead of being scared of the display from the demoness, she was fascinated and awed. The child went willingly with the demoness and has stayed with her for almost a year now.

Personality: Star is quiet and likes to listen instead of talking. She is insecure from the events of her past. She rarely speaks her mind, and when she does, she becomes terrified and shy. The one thing that seems to truthfully draw her out of her shell is Akemi. The small human child thinks of the demoness as an older sister and protector.

Biography: Kailing or other wise known as Kai, was brought up in an abusive home. Often had childs services come t his home seeking explinations of his wounds, and convincing lies were always told to them. Though they forced him to also act like it is his fault. It hadn't always been this way though. His family had once been kind and very energetic, but something happened and things turned bad to worse as time progressed. Eventually he gained the courage to run away from home, but the streets he wondered weren't pleasent in the least and he found himself living off anything her could find to servive. He found out what exactly he was one night when the moon had shone bright in the sky on his eighth birthday. It was a painful transformation, but since then it hasn't phased him, when he turned into a kitsune with five tails. The only thing is he stays a Kitsune till the full moon as passed. When morning comes during that time he will not change back into a human being.

He wondered into the forest after his first transformation and found it a great idea when he needed to hide from the village. Though upon discovering his presence he was considered a rare beast and needed to be caught or hunted. Scared he ran for his life fleeing within the deepest reaches of the forest, by doing so he found the mansion that offered him a place to stay and grow without people being cruel. He looks up to Zane, but keeps his distance, after finding out Full blood vampires are more dangerous then people are led to believe. Crimzon is like an older sister to him and he is often found where she is or he is found alone out near the lake or in the library.

Personality:
Kailin is a silent boy, often belived to have occured to his family life when it took a turn for the worst. He speaks only when spoken to, and doesn't stand up for himself. He'll protect others thought without a second thought and often finds himself flat on his face when a fight gets to escilated.

Biography: Shiro and Kurai are not normal humans, they were born as identical twins but when people asked who was older they always thought that Kurai was, however Shiro is a minute older than her and teases her from time to time. When they both turned 10 an angel and demon came up as they knew these twins would be special. Now, as it turns out, their parents named Shiro [which is 'white' in japanese] after the light and Kurai [which is 'dark' in japanese] after the dark. This helped the two who came and the twins were granted powers. Kurai given a dark staff and Moon katana as well as a marked dagger and Shiro the same but it was a light staff and a sun katana. Despite the two being blessed by opposite creatures they are as close as ever, if not closer, and will do anything to help the other if they need it.

Personality: Shiro is the rational thinker of the two. He thinks things through before jumping into them, however usually too late so he has to give it up, and he is very caring. He uses his powers for good or helping others. He sometimes wishes he could have gotten darkness, because he sees the toll it takes on Kurai. Now, Kurai is another story, she is harsh, demanding and often times cold to new people. She is very sweet and caring though, once you look by the darkness affect on her and she loves her brother very much.
