Welcome to the Japanese Summer Festival!
I've taken common things that I've seen in Japanese festivals depicted in animes, so forgive me if I accidentally messed anything up. If I did mess up anywhere, let me know and I'll fix it. Hopefully, this time next year, your loving captain will be packing to go to Japan to teach English; however, we'll have to wait and see if I actually get accepted into the program before we can start celebrating too much. Anyway, I've always loved seeing Japanese festivals, so I thought it would be a nice change of pace to have something like this for the guild to enjoy.
