So as you may have noticed the clan leadership is starting to get a bit thin, and our clan vice captains are doing their best to keep up with everything going on in the clan.

The time has come for us to start looking for clan members to promote into the ranks to help out the vice captains with everything they are doing.

So we are looking to recrewt people into the Crew Member roles.

Responsibilities of the Crew Members:
1) Respect the clan Vice Captains.
2) Help Recrewt new clan members.
3) Promote our clan when possible.
4) Help patrol the clan forums to keep them clean.
5) Help come up with new ideas for contests and events.

Responsibilities of the Vice Captains
1) Respect the clan captain.
2) Help Recrewt new clan members.
3) Promote our clan when possible.
4) Patrol the clan forums regularly and punish Trolls.
5) Run clan contests
6) Coordinate clan events
7) Send Clan Announcements

Responsibilities of all Members:
1) Respect the clan leaders.
2) Invite new people to request to join our clan.
3) Promote our clan when possible.

To Become a Vice Captain, you have to be an Active Crew Member for at least one month prior to promotion.

If you would like to try your hand at being a crew member send a pm to plasmafire stating that you would like to try it out.

You will notice a lot of changes in the list of Officers on the homepage and in the first post of the Introduction + Birthday thread. Expect to see more.

Also, please drop into the Officers' Lounge if you have any questions as to who has charge of which project or area of specialization. This month we have the party to plan for and two subforums are being redone.

In August we have three (3) more major projects in the works. Please look over the list and let the appropriate person know if you are interested in heading up or joining in on any one of them. There will be room for everyone!

If you have any questions about what is expected, that is included in the same thread. There are two sets of job descriptions included.

I need to see if we have a thread for members to report what needs to be updated or added. If not, we need to set one up. Please offer suggestions for solutions when possible. (Threads are easier for nonpersonal answers - I am only just get unburied, as I pull things from my mailboxes for the How-To subforum. Do pm and comment when you need a personal or rapid response, but for general questions please post in the threads.
