i noticed that there was a notice for this guild for new members
it is weired because i am not crew?

is this happening to everyone?

I get notices like that when someone on my friends list joins a guild. Are those members by any chance on your friends list?

As a member you get updates on who's joined the guild. (Or so I presume.)

This is true. You get notices on what your friends are doing and what the guilds that you are a part of are doing.

You get notices whenever new people join any guild you are a member of regardless of whether you are crew or not.

Likewise, you also get notifications whenever your friends join a guild regardless of whether or not you are a member of said guild.

Its not an error, they designed it that was so that you know what's going on in "Your Gaia".
