Being as young as Cia is, her magic isn't "all there yet". She can cast basic spells-which are spoken in Latin- to hurt the heroes. When she is of age, her magic will increase in power.

Group Character Belongs To: Villain League
History: Daughter of two cops, Cia Sonya was raised to respect the law. At age 7, she "fell" into a pool when her Uncle Cid "bump" into her at a family BBQ. Do to her magical bloodline, she survived. Being that both her Mom (Cindy Sonya) and Dad (Chris Sonya) had no magic, it was reviled that Cindy had cheated on her husband with Uncle Cid, Chris's brother and the only one with magic left in the family. Enraged, Chris stoled Cid's Demon's Whip and killed both himself and Cindy. Uncle Cid claimed Cia as his own. He taught her how to use her magic and finally became her Father. At age 11, she followed Cid into his Chamber only to over hear a conversation between Cid and the Council of Magic. She discovered that she is an experiment, designed to be the ultimate tool for the Council. Upset that she was born to be a tool, she took the Demon's Whip and, like Chris before her, killed Cid for using her. She took magical cloth and ran.

As Cia:
Short, curly brown hair. She has orange-ish eyes. Her skin is pale and she looks sickly. She can turn into Crimsona just by thinking about it.
As Crimsona:
Her hair is long and white. Her eyes black with tears of blood which is hidden under her mask. The Demon's Whip is used to attack and grab.
