mine is samuel colt he is famous for handguns but also designed other types of guns. my fav revolver is the colt python

I'm pretty partial to Smith & Wesson and Bushmaster. I'm only beginning to look at the Armalite product line.

I'm something of a fan of that tv show sons of guns, http://www.redjacketfirearms.com/and I noticed they had some remarkable builds, though they are pretty small and specialized.

i've begun to have a healthy respect for the smiths coming out of Turkey. I know they typically use someone else's design, but it would be nice to see where they can go with it.
I just get the impression that 21st century Americans are abut owning guns and having guns, while other nationalities are more about using guns. To one person its a political fashion statement, to the other it's about utility.
