The chinking sound of gates rising quickly could be heard all throughout the stone, torch-light, hallways. "Get up you scum bags!" men in Armor shouted. People in hand cuffs were linked together by chains. Fauron looked behind him at Haruhiko. Fauron looked ahead at a huge flight of stairs. As you walked up the stair, one man took off the chains, then another handed you leather armor, then another gave you a copper short sword, and another gave you an old steel(and likely dented) shield. Fauron inspected the shield and sword. They were alright. But they wouldn't hold in an extended period of time. He waited for Haruhiko. "You have no bow...Stay behind me, I'll protect you" Fauron said, his voice cold as ice.
A man in a pitch black and steel blue robe with gold trimmings walked up to an old broken down building. Two men in robes of the same color stepped outside of the house and nodded to him. The firs man raised his hands and put them together. He made several hand signs in rapid succession. Once he finished he put his hands in the pockets of the robe and walked past the men. The two men followed him inside and closed the door behind themselves. "And who is this?" a man at a desk said. He put down his feather pen and turned around in the chair. The first man pulled off his hood to reveal long blonde hair. The man at the desk smiled. "Ah! Hahahaha! Hawkeye! It has been long my brother. The man at the desk hugged hawkeye and took a step back. "What is it I can do for you?" Hawkeye grinned. "Well, at least I am welcomed without guns and swords this time. I need this, and I need it fast. if you can do it, consider your life debt paid off" Hawkeye handed him a small sheet of paper. The man nodded. "Give me an hour and you shall have it." Hawkeye shook his head. "Sooner. Or they, will be dead." The man looked at Hawkeye with a look of surprise on his face. "Please Tenpai, I need your help." Tenpai sighed. "Alright then, you wont get the ship, but I can get started on taking one. The airship is on its way to Leafre. Take it two minutes after it lifts off and you should be good." Hawkeye smiled. "I knew you could do it. Thank you, thank you so much. Your life debt has been paid" Tenpai smiled. "Get on with it! go, be gone. The ship leaves in ten" Hawkeye saluted loosely and took off running.

Haruhiko was a bit scared since he wasn't sure where they were, he stayed close to Fauron and held onto the sword and shield even If he didn't know how to use them. "Whats going on Fauron?" Haruhiko asked, his voice was coated with a hint of fear. He did what he said and stepped behind his friend. "Is there going to be a fight?"

"We were tricked last night. Instead of being smuggled onto a ship, we've been smuggled into an Arena. Where men fight to the death." Fauron looked down at Haruhiko and saw that he didn't know how to wield a sword and shield. "I know now is not the time for lessons, but I will teach you to use these..." Fauron said, turning around to face Haruhiko. Hold your shield in front of you, and your sword a bit off to the side. Only let a little bit of the blade show outside of the shield. Spread your legs and stand strong. Just worry about defending yourself. I'll handle the fighting." Fauron said. He looked down at Haruhiko one more time. "You're going to get a few scratches, but don't freeze up. If you do, you'll be dead." Fauron said, making sure Haruhiko heard that last part.

Haruhiko listened to him and nodded, he gulped a bit at the last part. "I-i'll try." He replied. "If I had a bow or a crossbow then you wouldn't have to protect me so much.... I'm pretty useless right now, sorry Fauron." He said as he dropped his head slightly, his eyes locked onto the floor, not wanting to look at his friend or anyone else at the moment.

"Do not feel useless. It is not your fault. I did not teach you the ways of the sword, it is my fault" Fauron looked around and noticed that there was still very few in numbers of those who were coming from the dungeon. He sighed, That meant one of two things. One: They were going to be majorly out numbered. Two: The prisoners were still coming. "Look, we have no more time to chat. turn around and be ready to defend yourself"

Haruhiko glanced forward as he turned around, he held his shield at the ready and hid his sword behind It, making sure to keep It where he could strike quickly If any of the prisoners got to close to him but he knew Fauron wouldn't let that happen.

Fauron looked around as he heard clinking. The far get(the gate at the other side of the arena) opened up and about two dozen men poured out. Fauron's eyes darted around, looking for the others. He didn't see either of the other three. And, he knew that Hawkeye was out getting a ship. Things already weren't going according to plan. Most of the 'gladiators(the slaves)' charged forward to attack the other men. They all clashed at about the half way mark. It took only about two minutes before they were all slaughtered.
Hawkeye practically held his breath so that the men carrying the crates into the storage room wouldn't hear him breathe. His box was thrown onto the ground and he almost popped out of the crate and shot the men, but he managed to restrain himself. A few minutes later, they finished loading the cargo and the ship took off. Hawkeye rolled over onto his back and kicked up on the top of the crate, making it pop off with ease. Hawkeye peeked his eyes over the edge of the crate and looked around. Seeing no one there, Hawkeye jumped over the edge of the crate and landed on the ground, soft as a feather. He waited until his seven other men came out of their crates. he nodded and kicked down the cargo space door, pulled pistols out from inside his shoes and started shooting people3 in the head. He had modified his pistols so that they did not need to be reloaded after every shot. It was probably in about seven minutes, he had had two casualties, and most of the ships crew was taken out. Hawkeye emptied the last of his bullets into the head of the captain. Hawkeye headed down a small flight of stairs and found himself on the bridge. Hawkeye took the head console and started changing the direction of flight from Leafre, to Ariant. "I'm almost there. Just hold on a little longer..."

Haruhiko had to look away when the men were slaughtered. He stayed behind Fauron. "H-how can... people do this?" He mumbled as he held his shield closer to his body. Being so young, Haruhiko wasn't use to seeing other humans die right In front of him, he had never killed anything besides monsters. /Please hurry Hawkeye/ He thought to himself.

Fauron saw the soldiers chargin them and raised his shield slightly. Once one got close enough, Fauron smack in the chest with the shield, pulled back, and stabbed through his chest. Fauron picked him up with the sword and kinda, slung, him off to the side. 'One down, twenty to go' He thought to himself as more of the soldiers approached. This time, they were being more wary and careful of the gladiators.

Haruhiko closed his eyes for a moment to collect himself. He opened his eyes half way and took a fighting stance, he counted the gladiators. "Twenty left... I may not have a bow but I'll try to fight as well Fauron." Haruhiko said to his friend.

fauron nodded before ducking and slicing another soldier in he stomach. "Just remember this: Swish, swish, stab. If you can't get a hit throguh the defenses, try that. It'll work, trust me." Fauron clashed swords with an opponent and pushed him away. it was maybe two minutes that these two fought, and Fauron finally managed to get the 'Swish, swish, stab' strategy to work, and managed to slice open the stomach and stab the man through the neck. "Don't forget. Never leave your defenses down." Fauron said before he sliced another mans neck.

Haruhiko flinched faintly when a taller man slammed his sword down on Haru's shield. It made his hand and arm hurt from the force but he gritted his teeth and bared with the pain. Haruhiko took his chance to stab the man In the stomach then cut him across his chest, the man dropped to the ground, clenching his wounds. Haru stepped forward a bit and stabbed the man In his chest before raising his shield to block another sword. He copied Fauron's 'swish,swish,stab' lesson and took down about five more, the sixth one managed to stab Harushiko In his shoulder and push him to the ground. Haru cried out In pain when the man shoved the sword deeper Into his shoulder before pulling It out. The young boy's eyes and face were masked with fear, he couldn't move or call for Fauron.

Fauron felt a surge of rage and energy when he heard Haruhiko scream. He hadn't felt that in a long time. Fuaron span around almost too fast for the human eye to see and made eight quick slashes. Two to each leg, and two to each shoulder. He then stabbed him through the neck and kicked him. The men flew back about six feet and slammed into another man. Fauron trhew his sword at one man, and it stabbed through his solarplex(The spot an inch below your sternum). Fauron then loosened the shield on his arm and swing it, hard, and fast. The shield was moving and rotating so fast, that it had no problem slicing through a mans neck. Fauron carefully and slowly pulled the sword out of Haruhiko's shoulder and covered it with one hand. "I know it hurts, and I know it's hard to move, but you gotta put pressure on your shoulder." Fauron said before standing back up and getting in his fighting stance. This was going to be fun.

Haruhiko winched when Fauron pulled the sword out of his shoulder, he did what he said and put pressure on his shoulder. He didn't care how much It hurt right now, he was still shaking from fear. "P-please Ha-hawkeye....hurry." Haru mumbled as he closed hie eyes tightly. Pain sheared through his shoulder, he kept pressure on It. As he sat there with his eyes closed, he had a few flash backs of his past but he couldn't seem them very well since they were blurred. He opened his eyes and glanced up at Fauron, fear still gleamed In them.
