Omg I totally love your work ! n.n it's neat and maybe I will consider joining but I am not so good at this . If I want to be one of your staff , do I really need samples ? You could have a little test before hiring though … for instance , training them how to write and improve … ?? Sorry , just a suggestion in the box ^o^

You could have a little test before hiring though … for instance , training them how to write and improve … ?? Sorry , just a suggestion in the box ^o^ I don't need tons of samples really just one short one. As for training others I'm not that good myself compared to others.
