If I get this new better paying promotion (God willing) I want to sponsor a child in another country biggrin Probably South America or French speaking Africa so I can communicate with him/her smile
Im probably going to use Child Fund.
Does anyone here sponsor a child?
Do they let you write them or eventually meet them? heart
I know its weird, but it'd be cool to visit that child and see how your money has affected them heart

I don't because I was a college student and now I'm a poor starving artist xD When I get older I'd like to give money to some sort of non profit. I like the idea of sponsoring a child, but sometimes I think there's also a lot that needs to be done in our own borders too. But I can generally do a lot more about that without giving money than I can for a kids in Africa, if that makes sense. I'd really like to do something like that some day though.

Currently I do not. I would like to, maybe some day, but right now my financial situation wont permit me to do anything but the basics.
