Leading an operation was not something Super Sailor Kallichore was familiar with. Indeed, she was instead quite familiar with taking orders. Together with her cousin Serpentarius, the two of the hatched a plan to eliminate any and all Negaverse activity within the fast food join Terrific Taco. The place was much too suspicious to simply be a restaurant with lax underage drinking rules. Several disappearances linked to the establishment had the greater senshi community worried, no doubt. Kallichore paced back and forth in front of the group assembled there on the rooftop.

The meeting was held roughly a quarter of a mile from the designated investigation site for safety purposes. No doubt Negas in the area would sense a large gathering of senshi and attribute it to a nearby location, but Kallichore figured the further away they were from the mission point, the better. They could power down and travel there as students in small groups without being too suspicious. "My number one concern is our safety. I do not want anyone taking unnecessary risks that could bring harm to themselves or to others. Each senshi is extremely important. Please keep this in mind."

Layed out in the center of the roof was a large and crudely drawn map of the restaurant. It was roughly a long rectangle, skinny in the front and back, with tables around the north, west and east sides for dining. Some had umbrellas over them, some did not. The innards of the building were a mystery, but the whole establishment looked like a small mom-and-pop kind of place. Small, but with enough space for an equally small clientele. No doubt the owners put out more tables for the growing consumer base they weren't expecting. Or were they? Foliage outlined the eating area. Stepping forward, Kallichore placed a bare finger on the western edge.

"I will be in this area, watching from a distance. I will be powered down to avoid detection. Serpentarius and I have walked by this place several times, but the inside of the building is still a mystery. Please exercise caution. We firmly believe there is a Negaverse operation either within the building or beneath it, and our intention is to observe for a while before infiltrating once the opportunity presents itself. If this turns out to be a kidnapping ring instead of a Negaverse operation, we're still in good shape. We're looking out for the greater good here."

Standing up again, she looked out at the group. "Do you have any questions?"

The word about the Terrific Tacos had spread. Sailor Circe had heard about both the strange disappearances through the grapevine at Shlip, as well as the odd whisper about Kallichore and Serpentarius’s plan from other senshi. Though she did not know either of them, it seemed like an opportune time to get involved.

The operation had peaked her curiosity, though it was more out of amusement than interest in saving people. The redhead had never been inside the Mexican restaurant. She did not know anyone who disappeared. But, the rumors were too interesting to resist taking a closer look. From what she had heard at Shlip, the Terrific Tacos was the place to be for Meadowview kids. Party central, if you liked Mexican food and margaritas. The fact it was a popular hang out for high schoolers was what had been keeping Sailor Circe from going there as a civilian. She preferred to entertain herself at clubs, with adults. Her interest in going there now was a selfish one. Not to rescue anyone who was trapped, but to unravel the mystery of why a strange little Taco place had such buzz around it. Mystery, intrigue and the possibility of having a good time? The details were just too fascinating. If it turned out that it really was a Negaverse operation, well, so be it.

The teal senshi had her legs crossed, one foot was tapping gently on the floor. “Observation is swell and all, but what if your plan goes awry? Say one of us is ‘abducted’ when they go in. What then, El Capitan?”

Polaris had recently expanded her senshi duties. Having begun to shy away from actively seeking out the negaverse, atleast the human half of it, it'd left open a lot of time for extracuricular senshi activities. Thwarting muggings. Running off drug dealers. Breaking apart stupid street brawls. She was cleaning up streets on a more mudane level on nights when weren't anywhere to be found. Which was exactly what she had been attempting to do today.

She'd heard rumors of the Taco dive.. of the improper behavior flourishing in the small establishment. What she could do about it she wasn't sure.. Perhaps get some pictures and call the police? Maybe scare the underaged or the owner into behaving? She hadn't really thought it through, but when her phone beeped to life with a flurry of activity it was obvious her plans for the day were changing.

There were at least a half dozen blips all grouped together, a few familiar.. most however not. It wasn't hard to find the group with the help of her phone, and cautiously she approached, uncertain of whether or not she should make her pressence known.. since obviously.. someone would eventually notice the power signal of the eternal senshi of magnetism.

For the collective group. Circe huffed a bit. If the situation got to dangerous for her liking, she was going to hightail it out of there no matter who might be at risk. Kallichore’s priorities were not hers, or her problem. Circe’s preferences were not going to be voiced however. There was no need to rock the boat before going in on a mission like this, especially when Circe was one of the least experienced senshi in the group. As far as experience goes, she had been around for a couple months, but hadn't really bothered to power-up and fight. Despite Circe's age, she was really as green as her fuku. She glanced around, noticing the present eternal senshi. Crossing anyone at that power level was not high on her to do list.

To protect herself, it was best to take a practical approach and be prepared. “So just go in, be on the look out for strange behavior. I guess we’re expected to blend in as much as possible then. Enjoy la vie bohemian? “ What Circe meant, in her convoluted way, was that it was expected the infiltrators blend in in a convincing manner. For her, that meant ordering a drink or two.

Serpentarius glance up at the familiar voice of Polaris, causing a smile to form across her lips. She was rather glad to see she was still around, and ranked up to. It made her more determined to work on just to prove herself. Glancing towards those around. She nods some before she place her hand on Kallichore's shoulder "Understand, that if you get caught. We are coming after you, no one will be left behind. No one will be taken. Not under the watch of Kallichore or I." she was serious in this matter.

She would die before she allowed anyone in this group to get taken by the negaverse. Glancing towards Europa then to Polaris, she nods to them both "I think it would be a good idea to have one stay with Kallichore, and one come with me. So if Polaris wish to stay with Kallichore, then Europa, you can join me on watching if you like." turning towards Circe, she smiles to her as well.

"Your also welcome to join me on the stake out. And if you feel the need to come back up, your more then welcome to. I will not stop anyone from leaving if they feel threaten. In fact, if you do, let me know. I will figure out a wall to pull everyone out without looking to superstitious." she look back towards Kallichore, hoping this new added part would be okay with her as well. They had to agree, otherwise they would be in serious trouble.
