• Warrior Skills
Shield ingenuity ~ The warrior's life depends on making a weapon out of anything they can get their hands on, and if it's solid and heavy, you can beat them over the head with it. The warrior can use a shield as much as a weapon as a defense.
Limb strike ~ Leaving an opponent without an arm can end a fight just as well as killing them. A strike to the limb can cripple an enemy, leaving them unable to move, swing effectively, or even hold a weapon.
Combat Reflexes ~ Battles are more than numbers. No warrior expects a fair fight, and only a fool thinks that greater odds will save them. When outnumbered, the warrior gains a small boost to their abilities for each other opponent beyond the one he's facing.
Rally ~ The warrior is one who stands when all others cannot. When an ally has fallen, unconscious or slain, the warrior and all allies gain a boost to their abilities and a minor surge in health.
Coordinated Counter ~ A good warrior can counter an attack. An expert warrior knows how to open the door for everyone to counter the attack.. When an enemy slips up, the warrior can retaliate with a devastating blow that not only deals damage, but allows any teammates within melee range to join in on the counter as well.

Mental Fortitude ~ The Templar's mind has been trained to such an extent that no mind tricks, illusions, or attacks toward the mind work well. 50% of the attack's power goes through.
Spellbane Talisman ~ A templar is gifted with a talisman worn on the wrist which warps the aether, disrupting a spell. To prevent a templar's allies from having their spells disrupted, the talisman must be wielded in a swing. If a templar can react quickly enough to a spell to use his talisman, the spell suffers a severely reduced effect on its target. A Spellbane Talisman can be wielded in defense of the templar or an ally.
Break ~ A Spellbane talisman used in the heat of the moment dulls a spell, but with focus and time, it can completely lift magical effects, effectively dispelling them. Best not used in the middle of a fight because of the time it takes, taking a full two rounds in which the templar can take no other action, including defending themselves.

Divine Call: Paladin exhibit many different kinds of abilities, but some exhibit nothing more than an unwavering dedication to their cause and an absolutely unbreakable force in body, mind, and soul. This paladin seemingly has no divine powers, but a drastic increase in their other abilities as their every action is guided by the hand that chose them.

Background History:
• Growing up in Orlabor is not an easy experience, many children turn to pickpocketing or other unsavory activities. That Kaiden and his sister didn't was a testament to how well their parents did their jobs. Kaiden initially took a job at the age of fifteen as an apprentice at a smithy, but as soon as he was of age, enrolled in the military. As he grew in rank and skill, he was soon approached for a different brand of training, the discipline of a templar. As Kaiden grew in both knowledge and ability, he knew only one thing. That in a heartbeat he would lay it all on the line to protect the people he loves.
