 Amaia took a glance outside her den. She had found a nice, small cave to call her own. It was hidden from plain sight by a waterfall that was in front of its opening. The only reason Amaia had found it was because she went swimming in the lake and wanted bathe in the water fall. When she saw the cave she felt instant attachment to it. It was her perfect home. The only time she ever adventured outside it was when she needed some food.
After making sure the coast was clear she left the cave by jumping out into the waterfall. She ginned as she swam around in the water. After the quick swim she made her way to the shore. "All right now it is time to find some food." Her voice could hardly be heard above the roar of the waterfall. She shook her body to get some of the water off. Than she headed into the jungle in search of food.

Taichi was having an interesting day that was for sure. He'd run into a leopardess that had some very odd views. He thought everyone was equal and no one better then the other. He thought every male and female had the right to be with each other if they wished it. He growled cursing a little under his breath only to stop spying the pretty female that wasn't to far away. He blinked a moment before smiling and walking towards her.
"Hello there!" He said in his cheerful voice smiling big and goofy like he always would. He picked up the pace and jogged up to her stopping in font her looking to the water behind her. "Oh that looks delicious." He said before looking back to her. "The water have any fish in there?" He said licking his chops thinking of the delicious taste of the creatures from the water.
"Mmm if not could still get a drink." He said as he moved pasted her with a small nod. "Ma'm." He muttered before moving further to the water leaning down and lapping at the clear liquid.

Amaia stopped immediately to see who was speaking. She had thought she was alone. Her eyes went to the leopard. He seemed nice enough. Despite this Amaia felt herself shrink down, her head going closer to the ground. "Um.. Hello," she muttered to him. "Oh uh the water. It um has some fish, though right now most of the fish in there are uh little. They are hatchlings."
She watched him carefully as he took a sip from the water, hoping he wouldn't see her den. "My name is A-Amaia," she said remembering her manners. "The water is r-really nice for swimming. I uh like to swim in it when ever I c-can. It is really relaxing and uh cool."
She knew she was blurting out everything that came to mind about the lake. It had felt like ages since her last meeting, though she often wished she could forget about it. The meeting was awkward and filled with many misunderstanding. This time it would be different though. She would do her best to not be shy.

He chuckled softly between a few laps of water she seemed nervous he best hurry along and not put her in a spot to make her anymore uncomfortable. He turned from the water two the female smirking a little before he moved closer to her he was always extremely friend and personal space was no big issue to him however he did have some small little bit of manners and didn't bust her bubble.
"I'm Taichi." He said as he sat down his chest puffed out a little like his was big hot shot and proud of it...which he was. His ear twitched as he heard something in the bushes oh yes that would do just fine. He thought to him self as he looked to the female a moment before giving her a wink.
"i'll be just a moment." He said before he leaped off into the bushes where the sound was coming from. He returned not much later with a medium size boar in his mouth just enough for both of them. "I aht(caught) inner(dinner)." He said the kill still in his mouth as he struggled to carry the size without it touching the ground.

Amaia kept a close on him. He was obviously friendly, but she decided to still be a bit cautious. When he came closer she told herself not to move away. This was her one chance to make a friend. She did not want to be rude and back away. Instead she put on a small smile and looked down at the ground. "It is nice to meet you Taichi." She felt herself warm up in the cheeks when he winked at her.
She looked back up when he left and leaped into the bushed. Her eyes went wide when she saw the boar in his mouth. "That was amazing Taichi!" She blurted out. "I am a h-horible hunter. I would have spent hours hunting down a b-boar but you caught it so quickly!" She said the whole thing while looking at Taichi in the eyes. However the moment she stopped talking she felt her gaze move downward. She found herself embarrassed for admitting her lack of hunting skills.
"Le-let me help you with that." She grabbed part of the boar, that was closest to the ground, with her mouth. It would be bad if he did all the work, Amaia decided.

He only smirked best he could with the boar in his mouth before giving a slight nod of a reply to her offer of help. Once they got it a bit closer to the water he set it down taking a deep breath and stretching a little. "Ah really there no skill in it you just have to practice at it then you get better you learn how to do things." He said looking to him as he butted her shoulder.
"Go on and eat up first i don't mind taking what's left never been picky eater." He said smirking a little thinking of his mate a moment before brushing it aside. No no can't think on that now. He thought to himself as he moved back to the water to lap at it a little more before digging into the boar once she had her fill.
"If you want I can take you hunting sometime." He offered with a smirk. "Sometimes its better to hunt in a pair then alone."

"Thank you." Amaia said nodding her head before taking a bite. The meat tasted delicious as it slide down her throat. It was a much needed meal. Her stomach had finally finished growling in protest.
"I w-would love for you to t-take me out hunting," she said once she finished her portion. Her parents had taught her to hunt a little but that was before they left her alone to fend for herself. They figured the best teacher was real life. "b-but I don't want to f-force you. If you h-have something you rather be doing than please do that instead."
Amaia wondered for a moment if the leopard was traveling alone. She hadn't seen any sign of another with him. "I-if you don't mind me asking, are you t-traveling alone?"

Tai smirked a moment before shaking his head. "Its no trouble at all really. I like to hunt. When your running after your prey its the best feeling. Almost as good as just running to run." He said smiling before looking to the female as he began to jump around his front half lowers as his back end sway a little in a playful stance.
"Then when you take down your kill on you own and have a little tumble before a good meal heh Its great!" He said with a smirk before he stood to full height on all four legs. His held tilted a moment. This female was so odd she seemed happy with the help one moment then she tried to push it aside. He frowned a little before moving closer to her.
"You know its okay to ask for help. Its not shameful and even if I was doing something helping other is what I do." He smiled warming before butting his head against her softly. "We felines have to stick together." He said before smirking as she asked him if he traveled with anyone. His cheeks flushed just a little as he nodded.
"Yeah...Yama's not with me right now. He doesn't like leaving the den much." He said before he stretched out his back legs a bit. "He prefers to stay home i don't blame him really it lets me know our home is safe from other pouching in and trying to steal it. You should come see it sometimes its great!" He exclaimed happily as he sat down and let his tail rest as his side as he thought of his Yama and tried not to get distracted by him but it was hard sometimes not to just go off into lala land.

"I- I will keep your advise in mine next time I go hunting," she said with a nod of her head. "I- I never really had anyone teach me anything before. Since I was young I-" She paused for a moment. It wasn't often she let herself about her past to a complete stranger, maybe it was because she already felt a bond toward the leopard. "I never really had anyone to help me. Both of my parents left when I was really young."
She smiled softly as he talked about Yama. She hadn't had a chance to meet the right one for her, not that she really looked to terrible hard. Someday though she would love to settle down and have a couple little cubs of her own. "Ya-Yama is very luck to have you. Does he ever worry about you when you go away like this? I-I know if it was me I would be sick with worry."
