Playful party girl would be a good way to describe Solia. She is constantly in a state of 'have a good time'. She finds the world to be a grand place, and each second is meant to be spent having fun and being fun. Work doesn't exist. Or rather it does as she abhors it due to it cutting into her personal preference of lazying about or just having fun. Her playful nature paired with her natural carefree attitude leads to be a bit annoying if you are a rather serious type. Or, if you can't stand silly antics and on the fly changes. That isn't to say she is completely child-like. She has the mind of a full adult, being carelessly flirty and having great fun making jokes and yanking chains.
She is flighty, needlessly invasive, and pushy. She wants partners to party with. She wants someone to play games with her. Be with her. It is all about her. Which yes, this also means she is selfish. Her flaws are rather obvious to everyone but herself, as she honestly wouldn't understand the concept of being rejected for what she thinks to be her great personality.

The first Luxia Solia encountered, soft spoken but kind. Solia thinks of her and her plush status fondly.

Keeper of the Luxia; Solia adores Malakia as not only did her teach her about her kind, but also took her on her first trip to the human world.

While she and Solia didn't meet under the best circumstances, the shy luxia is already considered a friend.
