 Chronos was bouncing happily in a meadow full of flowers. He had just returned from a trip that he had gone on. Of course he had met interesting foxes on the way, when didn't he. That was the reason he went on trips in the first place to make new friends. Grinning, he crouched to the ground and growled playfully at a butterfly before launching himself in the air and leaping after it.
He missed, not having wings could be a major disadvantage when chasing a butterfly. But he didn't let it get him down instead he grinned once again and moseyed on over to a patch of soft grass that he could rest on and catch his breath.

 Overall it was a very pretty place that she had decided to get lost in. But... She was still lost. Being separated from her twin was highly awkward to Natalie honestly. It was almost like her other half was missing. It was at times like this where the rainbow vixen wondered what she was going to do once her darker twin decided to fall in love and leave her. Supposedly when that happens, she herself is supposed to meet some one special and settle down. But that wouldn't be happening any time soon, right? Part of Natalie felt like she didn't want to fall in love, and part of her wanted someone besides her brother to care for her and to care for in return. Gah. Why was she thinking about such things at a time like this? She was lost! And it seemed like there was no one around for miles.

Rolling onto his back, Chronos looked up at the sky and thought about his family. He hadn't gone home in quite some time. His mother was probably worried about him. It would be best to return home to the parental units and say a quick howdy do before going off on his travels again. Yep.
Wait, home was which way again? Chronos rolled back over and got up on his feet, "Hmmmm...." He looked from the left to the right. Left. Right.
"No...clue." He finally mused out loud. "Well that's not good." He smiled to himself, "You should always remember how to get back ho-oh!" Chronos spotted the bright colors of something that was passing through the heavy brush a few feet from him. His tail started to wag behind him as he got the most mischievous look on his face. Crouching to the ground his paws ground into the earth behind him right before he pounced on said innocent creature, which happened to be a very familiar looking vixen, and tackled it to the ground.

This had to be the worst day ever. The rainbow vixen sat down and sighed. Every bad day can be turned into a good day, she reminded herself. She just had to let go of her troubles and look at the full picture. Right. Surely there was something good about being lost.
Natalie took a deep breath and looked at the forest around her. Her eyes scanned the area around her trying to take in the beauty. The trees, the flowers, the grass, the small bushes here and there.... The dark shaded figurer hurling itself at her...Wait what?
Before she had time to react she was on the ground with someone on top of her. Her instincts took over and she clawed at the creature, trying desperately to get free from it's grasp. As she broke free and started to run in the opposite direction of her attacker, Natalie realized that she smell of her attacker was actually very familiar.
"Chronos!" She gasped out loud, spinning around. Sure enough, she recognized the rainbow tailed male that had pounced her. "You scared me half to death!" Seeing that it was only Chronos there, Natalie let out a sigh of relief and walked back to him.
"I didn't hurt you, did I?"

"Wahhhh!" He whined comically as the vixen beneath him started to attack. Obviously she was more then a little surprised by his actions and had decided that he was a threat, though he never would have hurt her. Chronos was a gentle fox, and on top of that he was a lousy fighter. Really he needed someone to give him some lessons. Now hunting was a different story, but that could also be the sort of prey that he was used to hunting.
"Huh?" He looked up dumbly from the spot on the ground he had tumbled over on. "I suppose so....i got some scratches....but then again I did scare you so....i can't really complain can i?"

Natalie scurried the rest of the way over to him and quickly began inspecting him for scratches and other injuries. The scratches seemed minor but Natalie still took them seriously and felt rather guilty for attacking the male fox in such a way. He was her only real friend, honestly. They hadn't even been friends for that long either. And now she had just attacked him. What kind of friend did that make her?
"Of course you can complain. You startled me, yes, but I shouldn't have attacked you. Are you going to be okay? Can you walk? Should I go try to find help?" With each question, Natalie's voice became more worried and strained as she fretted over the safety of her friend. It was clear that she was on the verge of panicing, even though she knew the wounds were light and would at least close, if not fully heal within two days. Images of infections were rampaging through her mind as she looked at the small scratches causing her to fidget as she worriedly awaited a reply from Chronos.

Chronos looked at the vixen slightly confused. Why was she so worried about him? They were merely scratched that would heal within days, probably without leaving any mark that they had ever been there. He chalked up up to the fact that she had inflicted them and therefore felt guilty for hurting him, but Chronos held no harsh feelings toward her. How could he? This was Natalie, his friend. His beautiful and gentle, fell normally gentle, friend.
"I am going to be just fine." He chuckled, "Would you stop worrying about me?" He cocked his head to the side as he looked her over making sure that there had been no damage to her. "What about you, are you alright?" He bit his lip worriedly.
(ooc, is natalie going to be okay with the fact that he has a little daughter? >.<)

Natalie looked him over once more before she finally settled herself and sat still next to him. With a bit of effort, she pushed all of the worry and worst case scenarios from her head. Always being the realistic one out of her and her twin, she couldn't help but worry often. She was the one who had to take care of everyone.
"Sorry, I tend to worry a bit to much sometimes when others get hurt. It's a bit of a flaw I have." She said with a slight smile. Foxes, especially her brother, always told her not to worry so much, but she couldn't help it, it was her nature.
"And yeah, I'm alright." Natalie stood and prance around in a circle. "Not a scratch on me."
(ooc: Yeah. She loves kits and if they start dating, it'd give her someone to mother and worry about XD)

He chuckled, "That would explain a lot actually." He smiled. Chronos had noticed that she seemed to worry a lot, about everything. He thought that it was just plain silly, but in a cute way. But then again he wasn't a worrying type. Ever since he was little he figured that things would just work out the way they were supposed to.
The only time he had ever worried about anything was when his daughter was hatching from her BCR, but Ada meant the world to him. Pausing mid-thought he looked at the vixen in front of him. Ada! Where was Ada? In the whole tumble he had forgotten to see if his daughter was alright.
"Ada! Did you happen to see a small little kit while you hit me?" He knew it was a strange question to ask, but Chronos didn't have time to phrase it another way.
(ooc, awww cute. debating on when to bring adalie in)

Chronos' chuckle brought a smile to her face and Natalie relaxed a bit. The little bit of relaxation made her realize how uptight she had been since she got separated from her twin and she relaxed a little more. It was good to have a friend around in the absence of her brother. Especially a friend as relaxed and easy going as Chronos.
But of course all good things have to come to an end. Natalie had to admit she was rather surprised when Chronos looked up at her and asked if she had seen a kit when she hit him. There was the possibility that she had accidently hit a kit? With the single thought came all the worry she had recently pushed aside.
"What?" She said blinking rapidly for a second. "Did I see a kit when I attacked you? Do you mean you had a kit with you when you pounced me?" Her green eyes blinked again before becoming wide. "Did you lose a kit?!"
((ooc, Whenever is fine with me lol Just be prepared for Mother!Natalie to appear XD ))

Chronos looked at her panicked, "I...I didn't lose her! I temporarily misplaced her." He frowned as he looked around confused. He had been playing with a butterfly, making sure to keep an eye on his little one. But then the whole thing with Natalie he had managed to lose track of her.
"Adalie!" He called out to her, "Please come out from hiding! Daddy doesn't think this is funny love!" He ran over to the nearest bush and looked under it, "Ada!" He called frantically. He couldn't have lost her. It just wasn't possible. Ada was his entire world. He would never forgive himself if something happened to her. And it would be all his fault.

Natalie looked at Chronos' paniced face and fought down her own. He was clearly panicing over the lost kit and panic was the last thing that should happen. That's right, they had to stay calm and think. What was the best way to find a kit? Track it down by smell. Shouldn't be to hard.
Completely ignoring Chronos, Natalie sat down, cleared her head, and sniffed the air. Chronos' scent was strong and drowning out everything else so the rainbow vixen stood and walked around in a wide circle, sniffing at the ground and bushes. It was only a matter of seconds, but it seemed like forever, when she picked up a scent that wasn't Chronos'... But it smelled a lot like Chronos.... Wait a minute... Had Chonos just said "Daddy doesn't think.." Oh wow. Chonos' hadn't lost a kit. Chronos' had lost his kit.
"She's over here." Natalie said as she walked towards the scent of Chronos' offspring and resisting the urge to roll her eyes. Chronos was a father. How could he lose his own kit? This was no good. As Natalie approached the bush the scent was coming from, she made up her mind that she'd have to stick with Chronos and his kit to make sure nothing bad happened to them. It was the only responsible thing to do.

 --> Adalie had been hiding, not from her Daddy. No she loved her Daddy, but she didn't know the lady that he was with. She wasn't her mama, so she didn't know what to do around her. Rather then go out there she had hid, but now the lady was heading over to them and she started to shake slightly.
"Daddy...." She whimpered softly."Ada!" Chronos followed Natalie over to the bush, then drove in head first and came nose to nose with his daughter. He looked at her sternly, "Why are you hiding from Daddy?! Do you know how worried I was about you. You were supposed to be following me." And last time he looked back she had been. Really he was a good father. He would never let anything happen to his daughter.
Chronos had made a mistake. And no Natalie probably thought he as a horrible father. "Mm...Natalie..." He looked back at her. "Thank you....thank you so much for finding my daughter for me. Honestly this has never happened before. Normally I keep eagle eyes on her."

Natalie paused mid-step as she heard a small whimper come from the bush before her. The poor kit seemed terrified. She probably didn't like strangers, as all good kits should. Natalie decided to wait until Chronos made his way to the bush before making another move. With Chronos being her best friend, she didn't want to scare his daughter.
"It was no problem, all I did was sniff." She said, although she did hold her head a little higher, proud that she had found the lost kit so quickly. "And it better not happen again. What if someone had-" Natalie cut herself off, realizing that what she was about to say would probably scare the small kit, which was the last thing she wanted. Speaking of which...
The rainbow vixen lowered herself to the ground to be on the same level as Chronos' daughter. "Hi there little one. My name is Natalie. I'm a friend of your Daddy. Can you come out and introduce yourself to me?" She made sure to keep her voice soft and polite.

Chronos looked at Natalie and could feel his cheeks heat with color. He was embarrassed that he had lost his daughter, and she had been there to witness it. Honestly he had never let that happen before, but he had been so distracted by Natalie and he temporarily forgotten about Ada. Horrible, but there it was. "Ada....it's alright love...this is Daddy's really nice friend Natalie.....she would never do anything to hurt you sweetling."
"Daddy's friend?" Her small tail started to wag slightly, "Natalie!' Her mouth made and O shape as her eyes widened, "You're the rainbow lady that my Daddy talks about all the time." Ada walked out and looked at her, "You're really pretty." She smiled. "I'm Adalie!" She chirped as she bounced on her feet.
