This site gives times for world capitals, by city or country:

This map lets you click on a nearby city (or the time zone, at top of column) for the current time. You can also add cities to the map for easy reference.
On the upper right, click on Settings to choose the cities to display on the map.
Set one clock to San Francisco or San Jose (USA) to represent Pacific time and choose a city in your timezone to show your time.
These two cities will now be lit up and named on the World Time Map for easy reference.
