 Toreth was trotting along with energy and purpose behind his steps. If he wasn't in the middle of a hunting trip he'd be humming. Wouldn't do to scare off all the game though, so he'd save that for later.
Normally accompanied by his brother, Kaleth, the two had come across a set of old ruins. Kaleth was obviously fascinated by them. Toreth didn't quite share that fascination, but the run-down stones would make a nice camp while they stayed for however long they thought necessary. To that end Toreth left Kaleth behind to find wander about and explore while he went and got them something to eat.
It worked quite nicely, truth be told. The brothers were like that, so much alike that they understood one another but different enough that they had complimenting sets of skills. They both laughed and wondered just how any vixen would fit into their family life!

A small sigh passed over her pink lips as Faina flopped her light hide down on a slightly over grown rock. By this time, she couldn't even remember what their disagreement had been about. She also didn't exactly realize just how far away she had wandered. If there was one thing she hated more than being lost and alone, it was having a fight with her sister. Which was exactly what had happened.
It was a small argument but Faina had turned and walked away to blow off steam before she lost her cool. She had been so caught up in her thoughts of the fight and how to apologize that she had gotten a little lost. But at least there were plenty of comfy rocks for her to rest on here.
Faina loved her sister, they were twins afterall, and really wished that they wouldn't fight. But was it even possible for siblings to not fight? Surely not. All siblings had to fight sometime, right?

"Greetings," Toreth called out, his voice infused with so much good cheer and warmth that it would have been hard to take it as belonging to anyone other than a friendly personality.
The vixen actually wasn't that hard to spot. Soft pink against greys, browns, and greens wasn't your most effective type of camoflauge. Perhaps a different terrain would have suited her better, or an area that experienced the continual blooming of flowers.
She was quite pretty though, and Toreth had slowed his walk and worked extra hard to move silently to get some time to admire her looks before he called out.
((Just to clarify, they aren't in the main part of the ruins. They're more on the outter edges and stuff, where poorer folk lived or where the less prosperous shops were, or something of that nature. Kinda that line where either the ruins start or end, depending on which direction you're traveling lol.))

Faina's ears and head instantly perked up when she heard the friendly greeting being called out to her and her eyes quickly began scouting the surrounding area. It was easy to spot the male figure that the voice had come from and the light vixen flashed an equally friendly smile in his direction. The light pink vixen had to resist the urge to primp herself before moving from her rock. Faina stood and trotted over to the stranger, the small tiff from her sister almost instantly replaced by thoughts of the grey male.
"Hello, hello." She said in her normal optimistic tone. "I hope I'm not intruding, I didn't know anyone else was out here." Faina sat down in front of the male as she finished her statement.

Toreth chuckled, maybe just to make it sound a bit deeper and masculine than normal. But just a little!
"I could say the same thing. My brother and I didn't see any sign that these ruins are inhabited." In the back of his mind Toreth hoped there wasn't any other surprises hidden back in the main part of the ruins! Kaleth wasn't a weakling, but fighting, even defensively, was never going to be his strong suit.
"So what brought you to these parts, if I may ask?"
